Please note that with your hotel reservation confirmation (printed or online on your smartphone), you can travel free of charge by bus from Lucerne train station to Hotel Richemont (line 24 to the Hotel Seeburg stop).

Please note that the reception and the restaurant are only open until 17:00. If you intend to arrive after 17:00, please inform the hotel in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The hotel will send you an e-mail with the access code for the key box at the hotel entrance.

Please note that the elevator is out of service from 5 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning. Please use the side entrance on the right-hand side of the building. You can reach the second floor, where your room is located, via the stairs.

Please note that hotel's car park is only accessible between 06:00 and 23:00.

Enjoyed the Location
Pros:

Its location, literally steps away from lake Lucerne (also from bus stops with free pass from hotel). Staff very helpful and friendly. Room spacious and clean. Chef makes his own variety of breads from scratch and preserves too! Opposite a popular pizza and sunset bar right in the lake. Easy walking distance into town.

Cons:

No AC, but they do provide a small tabletop fan which was really noisy.
Soap dispenser soap is more like water than a liquid soap.

Pros:

Es war sauber und das Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich. Das Strandbad ist gleich in der Nähe und die Bushaltestellen vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Es war sehr heiß trotz Lüfter im Zimmer.

The stay was ok overall
Pros:

Hotel is close to public transport, guest cards were provided. Undergroud parking garage available.

Cons:

No AC in room and it was 30 degrees. A small table fan was provided which won't cover full room. There was no minibar or fridge in the room as well.

Prettige, sobere tussenstop tussen Nederland en Italië
Pros:

Rustig gelegen, makkelijk aan te rijden, je rijdt zo de parkeerkelder in. Het is eigenlijk een bakkersschool, maar ze verhuren dus ook kamers. Ligt aan het meer. Direct aan het meer is een barretje waar je voor Zwitserse begrippen goedkoop kunt eten en heel lekker.

Cons:

Hotel is goedkoop voor Zwitserland in de zomer, maar toch nog best duur. Eenvoudige kamers. Ontbijtbuffet ziet er goed uit (broodjes uit eigen bakkerij) maar 20 frank pp vonden we wel erg veel. Op de terugreis bleek het barretje aan de waterkant wegens dreigende regen gesloten.

Brot- & Käsekultur beim Frühstück.
Stets schnelle Problemlösung (Adapter für Steckdosen,spontaner check-in obwohl geschlossen)

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles okay. Wir hätten einen TV im Zimmer begrüßt, aber das war kein KO-Kriterium.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy nuevas. El parking es subterráneo. Está muy cerca del centro con el autobús llegas en 10 minutos. Está enfrente del lago donde puedes dar un paseo y hacer picnic

La proximité du lac

Cons:

Tout le reste,la chambre sans store pas de mini bar,pas de petit déjeuner,on entend tout dans les chambres voisines et j’en oublie. Ce n’est pas un hôtel c’est des chambres d’étudiant
