Nix
Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal
Schlechte Bausubstanz, was den Lärmschutz betrifft.
Lite enkla rum- ingen tv
Rooms were clean
The pillows and bed sheets were ridiculous. I have stayed at hotels for $40 that has better beds. There is no excuse for such horrible pillows and no inclusion of a flat sheet. The room was also ugly and included the ugliest art I have ever seen on a wall.
Communication was poor. All the reviews mentioned the breakfast but it isn’t clear that a buffet of mostly break is almost 20 francs. The stay also included a travel pass, but we didn’t know this until we arrived. So I wasted over 500 francs on something I didn’t need.
I can’t say I will use booking.com again. Typically Expedia shows these perks/options when you purchase.
There was also a very rude manager in the restaurant. I get that the baked goods were quality. But who can honestly eat 20 francs worth of bread? I mentioned that putting this on a sign would have been helpful, as I thought the breakfast was free. She badgered me and said I could have contacted them about this first instead. She was literally talking about me to employees in front of me.
When another employee asked me what was wrong, the woman continued to badger me and said the woman barely worked there. Hey, this employee asked ME, lady.
I didn’t feel comfortable walking in the lobby from that point forward. Maybe cultural differences, but it struck me as highly unprofessional. She comped my breakfast but I would have paid if it meant not being treated like that.
