Please note that with your hotel reservation confirmation (printed or online on your smartphone), you can travel free of charge by bus from Lucerne train station to Hotel Richemont (line 24 to the Hotel Seeburg stop).

You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The hotel will send you an e-mail with the access code for the key box at the hotel entrance.

Could have done better elsewhere.
Pros:

Location was accessible and quiet but a ways out of the city center

Cons:

Its really not a hotel, but simply a repurposed student dormitory accomodation. After 7 pm there are no services available on site and you can only access your room through a night entrance and stairwell. The rooms were extremely basic and a bit shabby.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war herausragend.

Das Zimmer war einfach, sehr sauber, die Betten komfortabel.

Cons:

Ein stolzer Preis, aber leider ohne Frühstück. Das mussten wir dazu buchen.

Petit-déjeuner extra, propreté impeccable. Établissement très bien situé, au calme, à 2 pas du lac

Cons:

Mettre à disposition un ventilateur moins bruyant an cas de fortes chaleurs, impossible de l'utiliser la nuit.

Pros:

Gegenüber dem Vierwaldstätter See gelegenes Hotel. Sehr freundlicher Service. Zimmer sauber, Frühstück sehr gut.

An der Promenade gelangt man nach Luzern oder man nimmt den Bus.

Pros:

Es amplio, y bastante limpio, está al frente del lago

Cons:

Uno de los días que estuvimos allí a las 5 tuvimos que ir a pedir que limpiaran la habitación, ya que no pensaban hacerlo. No hay ascensor después de las 5 de la tarde por lo que si hay una persona mayor o con movilidad reducida no puede llegar o salir de la habitación. Es lejos del centro aunque el autobús es a 3 minutos andando

Chambres pas climatisées et minimalistes. Petit-déjeuner à 22 francs où il y a 50 sortes de pain mais pratiquement rien d'autre! Pas d'œufs, ni jambon, ni fruits! Même pas du muesli alors qu'on est Suisse alémanique! Un scandale
