Please note that with your hotel reservation confirmation (printed or online on your smartphone), you can travel free of charge by bus from Lucerne train station to Hotel Richemont (line 24 to the Hotel Seeburg stop).

You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The hotel will send you an e-mail with the access code for the key box at the hotel entrance.

Please note that the elevator is out of service from 5 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning. Please use the side entrance on the right-hand side of the building. You can reach the second floor, where your room is located, via the stairs.

Due to excellent location and easy transport it is still worth to stay in this hotel

We did not take breakfast at property but location is superb

Cons:

After 5pm no one at the building so you use separate stairs to get into the hotel which is really scary

Super liebe Barbara am Check-in! Top! Lage gut. Preis zu teuer.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war am unteren Ende von Luzern direkt an der Straße und am See. Bus mit Gästekarte Luzern inklusive, direkt vor der Tür, Tiefgarage für 10 CHF pro Tag. Das war wirklich toll.

Cons:

Zimmerboden schwarz und aus Synthesekautschuk, kein Fernseher, nur ein Ventilator, keine Klimaanlage, kein kleiner Kühlschrank. Eher teure Jugendherberge und kein Hotel. Es ist auch ein Schulungshaus, von daher nicht überraschend. Für über 190,- Euro die Nacht könnte das Frühstück wirklich inkl. sein.. Haben in Zermatt den gleichen Preis inkl. Frühstück bezahlt und das war ein „wirkliches“ Top Hotel.

Schnell in der Innenstadt von Luzern und direkt am See
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am See und gut per Bus zu erreichen! Sehr freundliches Personal und unkomplizierte Anreise und Check In. Legendäre Auswahl an vor Ort gebackenen Brotsorten und Brötchen, vor allem die Macadamiabrötchen und das Früchtebrot waren genial.

Wenn Luzern, dann nur noch ins Richemont!
Pros:

Ein sehr herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang, als wären wir schon bekannt - so fühlt man sich als Gast sofort wohl und willkommen. Das Zimmer ruhig und am Ende des Flures, so wie bestellt. Ebenfalls war eine Garage verfügbar und das Zimmer konnte schon früher bezogen werden.

Eine tolle Lage, direkt beim See, mit Blick auf See und Berge. Die Straße zwischen Hotel und See war nachts kaum befahren und die Fenster ohnehin gut schallisolierend. Gegenüber mehre Strandwirtschaften, in denen wir - direkt am See! - gut essen und trinken und den Tag ausklingen lassen konnten.

Kaffee & Kuchen (am Ankunftstag) und das umfangreiche Frühstück am nächsten Tag auf der Hotelterrasse waren ein Genuss. Auch die Möglichkeit, mit dem Bus nach Luzern zu fahren, war ideal. Die Haltestelle fast vor dem Hotel, nur 6 Haltestellen bis zum Zentrum. Die Fahrt war kostenlos dank der Luzernkarte, die wir beim Checkin erhalten haben.

Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Luzern werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder im Richemont übernachten.
