Ich habe zwei Nächte im Hotel verbracht.
Frühstück und Sauberkeit des Zimmers waren absolut in Ordnung – das erklärt vermutlich auch die vielen positiven Bewertungen. Für meine Buchung war jedoch ein Punkt entscheidend: das ausdrücklich angebotene WLAN, das ich aus beruflichen Gründen benötigte. Leider funktionierte es während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht. Wichtiger als der technische Ausfall selbst war für mich jedoch der Umgang damit. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren freundlich, sobald jedoch ein Problem auftrat, für das sie keine direkte Lösung hatten, zeigte sich eine deutliche Überforderung. Es gab offenbar keine klaren Handlungsanweisungen, keine Supportkontakte und keine Möglichkeit, das Problem strukturiert weiterzugeben

Es war wie immer eine Wohlwühlphase.❣️

Unkomplizierte Buchung, super tolles Zimmer mit tollem Blick ins Tal, super freundlicher Empfang und sehr nette Bedienung, lecker 😋 Essen am Abend und ein mega tolles üppiges Frühstück. Saubere Zimmer und sooo bequeme Betten.

Wir fühlen uns bei euch jedes Jahr so wohl und werden immer wieder kommen.

Cons:

Ich gebe keinen Minuspunkt dafür, aber im Zimmer 9 ist die Dusche leider für Personen über 1,70 oder wohlgenährte 😆 doch leider zu eng.
