فندق نظيف واقامة رائعة
Pros:

المكان جميل جدا ونظيف وبجانب الحرم مباشرة، والاطلالة جميلة ويوجد اطلالة على الحرم.

الفريق متعاون جدا جدا والخدمة رائعة جدا وتم ترقية الغرفة من قبل فريق الاستقبال واخص بالشكر الاخ نايف وجميع فريق العمل.

وبوفيه الافطار متنوع

لحسن استقباله وترحيبه واصراره للاتصال في حال الاحتياج لاي شي

الفندق راااائع بدايه من موظف الاستقبال عناد الذي سهل علينا ال check in باكرا بعد ساعات سفر طول الليله السابقه للوصول . وليس ذلك فقط بل اعطانا upgrade لغرفة اوسع مع جلسه مما زاد من راحتنا وجعلنا نشعر بالرفاهيه وأنا أعلم جيدا صعوبه الأمرين في مكان مثل فنادق الحرم فأنا والحمدلله زائره لمكه كل عده أشهر وبالكاد استطيع الحصول على غرفه معقوله ،،الغرفه بها كل التسهيلات من الاشياء المعروفه المعتاده الى ماكينه قهوه ومكواه وميزان فعلا كأننا في منزلنا ولا نشعر بالتعب…الفندق نظيف جدا وقريب جدا من الحرم وسهل الوصول والخروج منه للحرم في وقت قياسي …كما انه متصل بسوق ابراج الصفوه والذي يتميز بأسعاره المعقوله
أصبح هذا الفندق وجهتي الدائمه إن شاء الله في مكه
