Pros:

Я очень люблю Giuaani, приехала сюда отмечать свой день рождения во второй раз. Первый раз я отмечала в 2023 году и тогда все прошло просто идеально: заселение в свежий номер, в ресторане очень приветливый персонал, подарили тортик на день рождения и идеальный завтрак с шведским столом, горячим блюдом (очень вкусный Бенедикт) и кофе!
Очень вкусный ресторан и вино. Идеально для празднования.
Однако в этот раз не разочаровал только ресторан, который по-прежнему очень необычный и вкусный.

Cons:

В этом году я, вспомнив прошлый опыт, также захотела отметить день рождения в любимом местечке. Представляла, как проснусь с утра после приятного ужина и отведаю тот самый отельный завтрак giuaani, о котором с теплом вспоминала. Предварительно я полистала соц сети и убедилась, что в завтрак все ещё включен шведский стол, горячая еда и кофе. Но, к моему сожалению, вместо горячего завтрака нам подали ланч боксы с очень скудным наполнением: 2 булочки (без масла), 2 половинки сэндвича с колбасой / сыром, 2 яйца, яблоко и вода. Это был очень грустный завтрак.
Я предположила, что дело в том, что мы были единственными постояльцами в ту ночь.
Однако меня об этом никто не предупредил заранее и никак не объяснили ситуацию.
Если честно, лучше бы сделали небольшую скидку и вообще не подавали завтрак, чем такой ланч бокс. Меня это расстроило.

Несмотря на такой опыт, я ставлю достаточно высокую оценку, потому как желаю этому месту улучшаться и развиваться.
Также надеюсь, что номерной фонд тоже отреставрируют, за 2 года они заметно износились.

Pros:

If there was a rating above 10 stars, I would give it. The staff at the front desk was super accommodating and friendly. When we first arrived, they had informed us that we had been upgraded to a top floor room with a balcony. Even when extended an extra day, they allowed us to keep the same room at no extra cost.
The wine tour was great and rich with history, and the wine is amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

This could be a fantastic place except for the loud music.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Rooms and facilities were excellent. Beautiful gardens.

Cons:

The music was so loud that you couldn't sit by the pool or in the garden after 5pm.

We went to our home to Tbilisi from Bakurtsikhe. Suddenly wife became ill (poisoning and dizziness) right on the road. I understood, that we can't to reach our home. It was urgent to find the place to take a rest and sleep in comfort. So I tried to find the nearest hotel with good review to match our expectations - and it was Giuaani Winery.
I booked, confirmation from staff was received immediately and they also message me on WhatsApp to clarify arrival (it was so kind).
I explained situation, that we can be in place in 10 minutes, and can they provide early check-in (in 2 PM instead of 3 PM) and ready to pay extra.
They reject my proposal to pay extra, and said that they're ready to meet us right now and will do theirs's the best to help us.
I was suprized - we arrived to beautiful place, cozy and so nice.
Staff were really helpful, they asked few times do we need emergency medical help, or how can they help us - medicine and etc.
The room was clean, big, comfortable with all necessary facilities.
We stayed 1 night, but it was the biggest support in critical situation for my family.

Cons:

The weather was cold enough by Georgian standards :) so in the restaurant and breakfast places were cold.
It isn't critical, but can add more comfort)

Pros:

Очень хорошее место провести пару дней. Отель выше всяких похвал. Номера чистые, хорошо оборудованны. Персонал весь абсолютно на высоте.

Un gioiello di giardino
Pros:

La location è bellissima. Un bel giardinetto con un sacco di angoli relax. Bella piscina con sdraio e un bar. Davvero un gioiello. Bellissima sala colazione e ottima colazione. Prodotti di qualità. Anche la sala ristorante era bella e il cibo buono.

Cons:

La degustazione di vini sebbene bella, è stata fatta con una fretta assurda. Non avevamo finito ancora il bicchiere che il ragazzo già ci serviva l’altro. Aveva chiaramente voglia di andarsene ma non è stato piacevole. A cena ci hanno portato solo 3 su 4 piatti ordinati perché uno se lo sono dimenticati…..
La camera è bella ma un po’ piccolina. Non si riusciva nemmeno ad aprire la finestra

Cons:

Since my friend had a special diet for her health , we have ordered a dish without an oil... The kitchen couldn't cook it and we needed to search for another restaurant not to leave a person hungry. Another thing was that the masterclass prices were too high - we also found cheaper options in some other places.

Relaxed and comfortable - would like to spend longer there in warmer weather to use pool and garden
Pros:

(1) Lovely balcony with beautiful views; (2) very friendly and professional reception and management staff; (3) excellent value for money wines; (4) VERY comfortable bed; (5) a good base to explore local wineries and historic sites

Cons:

Drafty restaurant because doors were left open, and restaurant staff seemed distracted and remote because they had ear-pieces (presumably to communicate wiht the (kitchen)
