אנחנו משפחה של ארבעה, והחדר היה קצת קטן עבורנו. בנוסף, מיקמו אותנו בבניין הכי רחוק בקומה הכי גבוהה בלי מעלית שעובדת. עזרו לנו להעלות את המזוודות אבל המדרגות מחוץ למבנה היו רטובות בגלל הגשם והיה קצת מלחיץ לעשות אותן שוב ושוב עם תינוק על הידיים ועוד ילדה.
המיטות לא היו נוחות.
זה היה לילה יחסית יקר ביחס לשאר המקומות שישנו בהם ולא הרגשנו שזה מוצדק מאוד.

Telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption besteht nur theoretisch.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
The room was filthy. The bedding was dirty, the room itself clearly hadnt been cleaned properly, and the overall level of hygiene was simply unacceptable. We attached photos because the condition of the room speaks for itself. This is not what anyone expects when booking a winery hotel.
The service was terrible. The staff walked around looking irritated and unhappy, making guests feel unwelcome. Every request was met with reluctance, as though we were asking for a favor rather than expecting basic hotel service. Even after we showed them the condition of the room, they appeared completely indifferent and made no real effort to fix the situation. They simply didn’t seem to care.
To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service, which made moving luggage on the 3-rd floor extremely inconvenient and dangerous while the staff was smiling at this issue.
The cooking master class (khachapuri and skewers) was another huge disappointment. It was poorly organized, lacked any real value, and felt like a complete waste of time and money. It didnt come close from a winery that promotes culinary experiences (comparing to other wineries and places).
The (outside) restaurant staff were just as unfriendly as the hotel staff. They looked irritated, served us with obvious reluctance, and ended the evening with the bill on the table and telling us the restaurant is closing right now.
The combination of dirty rooms, poor hygiene, broken facilities, and terrible service completely ruined our stay. We were so disappointed that we decided to leave the hotel early rather than spend another night there. We rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case we feel other travelers should know what to expect. We would not return and cannot recommend this property in its current condition.

We came as a group of 7 and booked 4 rooms because of the hotel’s high Booking.com rating. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

Two of the four rooms were awful: bed linen with yellow stains, hair in the bed, a torn pillowcase, dirty towels, a shower covered in grime and limescale, and stained walls. We showed photos to reception and were promised everything would be fixed, but the shower remained dirty and the towels were not replaced.

We also booked khachapuri and barbecue masterclasses for 7 people. The khachapuri “masterclass” consisted only of rolling out prepared dough, putting cheese on skewers and wrapping it. We PAID FOR 7 PEOPLE, but only about 4 could participate and we made just 3 skewers.

The barbecue“masterclass” did not exist. No explanation about the marinade, meat or cooking techniques. The meat was simply taken out of a bag, and one person from our group put it onto the skewers himself. A barbecue skewer costs 20 GEL on the restaurant menu, yet we were charged 50 GEL PER PERSON for this “masterclass.” The meat was also extremely salty.

When we tried to clarify the charges later, there was no administrator, communication in English was extremely difficult, and at some point it felt as though the staff simply did not want to understand us.

Dinner was also disappointing. The waiter barely spoke to us, most of the food was not good, and by 9:30 PM there seemed to be nobody at the hotel except a security guard.

After the dirty rooms, disappointing “masterclasses” and generally unwelcoming attitude of the staff, we decided to LEAVE WITHOUT EVEN STAYING THE NIGHT, although all 4 rooms had already been fully paid for ($120 per room!). We drove back to Tbilisi and paid for another hotel.

Leider gibt es jedoch deutliche Kritikpunkte beim Service. Insgesamt wirkt das Personal wenig an den Gästen interessiert und häufig unaufmerksam. Während des Aufenthalts saßen Mitarbeiter wiederholt am Handy. Am Pool wurde benutztes Geschirr teilweise nicht abgeräumt, Bestellungen wurden verwechselt und die Bedienung war sehr langsam. Das Essen wurde teilweise deutlich verspätet und sogar kalt serviert.

Auch beim Frühstück gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf. Die Auswahl ist für das Preisniveau eher klein. Die Kaffeemaschine war teilweise defekt. Selbst wenn noch etwa anderthalb Stunden Frühstückszeit übrig waren, wurden bestimmte Speisen und Getränke nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Auch am Pool wurden die Handtücher nicht regelmäßig nachgelegt.

Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage, der Aussicht und der schönen Anlage durchaus empfehlenswert. Für das Preisniveau ist der Service jedoch deutlich zu schwach und entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem erwarteten Standard.

- Elevator didnt work (seems a long time ago), so its quite inconvenient to go upstairs with a luggage
- Very bad coffee (americano seemed to be like 5 espresso)
- Groups of tourists (wine tours) make this place very busy, difficult to feel calm and relax
- Very soft mattrass
- Poor lightning in the room (very dark)

Obviously popular for weddings there was one the day previous and again booked the day we were leaving. Although we should have been able to enjoy the facilities until midday they were setting up for the next wedding in all leisure areas from early morning with a stage for a band and the pool area being staged with seating. Breakfast service was average - the wedding staff had demolished most of the items before we arrived we had to ask staff to clear a table and wait 10-15 mins to get a cleared table and a coffee cup. Perhaps just stick to weddings if you can’t create a tranquil environment for other guests. We felt like we were in the way.
