The price.
Hard to find. Took forever at office for them to find our booking and take us to our room. Smelled very bad. They did not have change when we paid so went to collect it at checkout and once again took forever to get our change. We think they were stalling so they didn't have to give us our money but we waited and waited until they did. Also it said in booking 2 bunk beds and a double bed. This was untrue, my son had to sleep on a couch.
It had a kitchen and plenty of beds.

The air conditioning unit was loud/ noisy; the room was rundown with plenty of cockroaches inside the kitchen cupboards and inside the room itself; the curtains were not dark enough to maintain the darkness of the room/ not blackout curtains which in effect made the sun rays through very early in the morning; there is no elevator (inconvenient if you are carrying a number of bags or heavy luggage; the electric fan was covered with dust and the whole room itself was dusty.
the whole place was not ideal even for a short period of stay only.

There was a smell in the bathroom and there were lots of insects in the sink of the kitchen.
