Pros:

I have always loved staying here! Comfortable, great ambiance, staff service is superb. I had to do early check in and there was an available room immediately. Thank you!

Cons:

I booked to stay at Solaire for the Wakas at Simula concert of SB19 and it’s convenience since my mom is already a senior. But it was such a hassle going to and from the concert since we were asked to walk so far. There was no special areangement for us staying at Solaire not even for PWD and Seniors. It was very disappointing. I hope they can do better in the future.

It was disappointing that we were not informed that the room we booked was a smoking room. That should have been declare

upon arrival, we learned the room we booked was a smoking room. it was not declared in the website as a smoking room. as someone with asthma, this information is important. we had to upgrade to their Signature Suite at the Sky Tower and pay a huge sum for the difference since there were no more rooms available in our room category.

A solid and fantastic resort.
Pros:

Right next to SMDC Festival Ground..So I can attend SB19 Concert. The excellent reception/ lobby staff Able to get an early room checkin. Got non smoking room.

From the Staff to the Food all was exceptional. We can't wait with my wife to experience it again.
Pros:

Exceptional trained staff... Congrats to the management who has been able to train their team so well from the reception to the room service and everything in between.
The buffet is just EXCEPTIONAL. (we didn't try the others restaurants, the buffet was so delicious). For 80USD you eat delicacies all along. The Chefs are so in to make you Happy that they will cock something extra specially for you. Pity I can't remember the chef who cocked a Warm seafood salad for my wife and me. Absolutely Exceptional!!! A real 3 stars Michelin.
Room very beautiful (Sky View) but no need to pay extra money to have the view on the bay it's not true ! (room 605) Bed and matress are exceptional.
Remark: the week before we spent 2 days in the other exclusive Hotel OKADA. Forget it... and stay in Solaire.

Cons:

One remark change YOUR PILLOW. USELESS. How can you sleep on a such High and tough pillow. Guaranty that in the morning you will have stiff neck. Very strange that in this exceptional environment they made this mistake. !!?? Please managers try to sleep using your pillows :-((
Next time we will bring our own pillow. Seriously check this point, please. !

Pros:

Only stayed for one night because my flight was delayed and wanted a place closer to the airport. The room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable also. The water pressure and temperature for the shower was amazing.

Cons:

There was an electrical fire at the pool during my stay that caused damage to some towels and the stand where they were kept. My fiance noticed the fire and I ran to help. I was the one who managed to put out the fire. While i am glad no one was hurt and the damage was minimal, it could have been a lot worse. It seems like some of the staff could benefit from some safety training. Honestly, I just thought after saving them from more extensive damage, that maybe they could have comped my room or at least given me free play at the casino...
