A most enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, good size and comfortable rooms and very helpfull front desk and concierge staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little disappointing for a hotel of this standard, it didn't match the other services at the hotel. The breakfast staff were slow, forgetfull and rather inattentive.

IT LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH.

Cons:

We checked in & the girl at reception looked us up & down. Then in a very, very sarcastic tone,
SAID TO MY WIFE: you know there’s a strict dress code, if you wish to eat in the buffet of our lounge bar. So rude.
We then go to the room.
Very disappointing room, old & dated room. !! MY WIFE WAS UPSET HOW SHE WAS SPOKEN TO AT RECEPTION & WANTED TO LEAVE AFTER ONLY BEING THERE 10 MINS. !!!

WE WENT TO THE LOUNGE BAR TO GRAB SOME FOOD & A DRINK. I counted 10 STAFF.
All floating around, without a clue how to treat the GUESTS. Appalling service.!!!

The all need propped training. !!

I watched a guest spill a whole beer over himself. NOT 1 STAFF MEMBER REACTED . !!
But that’s what you get when you pay your staff peanuts. monkeys. !!

It took me 30 MINS TO GET MY DRINK
ORDER. Absolutely disgusting in A 5 STAR HOTEL.
You guys should ashamed of yourselves. !!!

I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN & I’ll tell everyone I know, to avoid THE DIAMOND HOTEL LIKE THE PLAUGE.

Wake up. Update the rooms & tell all your staff, to at least to pretend to care about your guests. !!!

A VERY, VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER. !!!
YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. !!!

想定外の出費もそんなに発生しない、良いホテル体験でした。
Pros:

朝食がおいしかった。ちょっと古いマシンで狭いけれどジムがある。無料の大きなミネラルウォーターボトル2本。
WiFiをストレス無く使うことができた。

Cons:

シャワーについてお湯なのかカランの仕組みなのかわからないけれど、調整に時間がかかる。プールでプールバーのドリンクを注文するのにその都度バーカウンターまで行かなければいけなかったのは面倒だった。
