Pros:

The rooms we stayed in were spacious and comfortable in terms of size.

Cons:

We had booked and paid in advance for three rooms through Booking.com. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the property refused to provide the third room, stating that they had not received the payment, even though the Booking.com payment receipt was shown.

As a result, we had to manage our stay using only two rooms, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort.

While the location is nice, the handling of prepaid reservations was disappointing. Payments made through Booking.com are processed by Booking.com, not directly to the property, and this should be clearly understood by the staff.

I hope the management improves their booking and payment verification process so that future guests do not face a similar situation.
