jättebra ställe! kändes mycket bra att överskott gick till Kick for life som verkar vara en mkt värdefull organisation.

Cons:

Kuddarna var väl stora. Om man vill förbättra är det önskvärt att ha åtminstone en lite tunnare kudde.

A great place to stay.
Pros:

Clean room with everything needed for a short stay. Safe and secure parking. Partnered with no.7 restaurant which served me the best fish dish, and wood oven pizza I have ever had. Very friendly staff. A all round great experience.

Pros:

The reception lady upon check in was helpful and professional. Willing to help, she even accompanied us to show the room of in south Africa doesn't happen.

Cons:

The breakfast pack. The guy working night audit is not real. He promised things he can't prove. Can you please train him.

Exceptional Stay in Maseru
Pros:

I had an exceptionally pleasant stay at this hotel in Maseru. The location is excellent, situated in a very nice area, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

What truly stood out was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, which made me feel very well taken care of throughout my stay.

Another major highlight was the food at the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast was magnificent, with excellent quality throughout. I also had dinner there on two occasions, and both meals were of the highest standard. The quality of the food was far beyond my expectations and a very pleasant surprise.

Overall, this stay exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Maseru.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, and the staff were exceptional—friendly and very helpful. The kitchen is also quite good, offering a great breakfast. Overall, the place has a pleasant vibe and a welcoming ambiance.

Cons:

The rooms were of average size. I also had some difficulty finding the location, as the hotel’s current name is not yet widely recognized. I would recommend calling ahead for directions or using the former name, “Kick4Life,” when navigating. Additionally, the hotel operates on a card-only payment policy and does not accept cash.
