We really enjoyed our stay at Tihany Club. The spacious lounge area with the possibility of sitting outside right by the lake was a big plus. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people, with nice new mattresses. We also enjoyed the two saunas and the fitness room. The location is excellent, especially being so close to the ferry, and we appreciated the strong focus on guest safety.
There were many everyday animations for kids, and every evening there was a concert, which created a very pleasant atmosphere. We also appreciated the free use of SUP boards and the morning exercise hour, which was a great way to start the day.
The food was exceptional and very well prepared, with many choices for breakfast and dinner, including options for vegans.
All the amenities were well equipped, including a coffee machine and ironing facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable.
We had a mixed experience during our stay. While the location and lounge area were still pleasant, the service quality was inconsistent. Some waiters were very pleasant, but others were rude and unprofessional, which made the overall staff experience disappointing. The fitness room was well equipped but not clean, despite the availability of cleaning alcohol for equipment use. The pools were also not properly maintained, with visible dirt and debris such as paper and plastic on the pool floor tiles. In addition, the lifeguard frequently asked slower swimmers to leave the fast lane, which felt overly strict and disruptive. Overall, cleanliness and service did not meet our expectations.

Nagyonn tetszett a szállóda elhelyezkedése, a rengeteg program. Igazán nagyszerű időt töltöttümk itt.
