Krótki czas spędzony
Przestrzegam Państwa przed noclegiem w pokoju numer 17. Rezerwacji dokonałam z sentymentu - kiedyś często korzystałam z usług hotelu Meduza. Teraz mimo że w tej samej cenie pokoje oferowały inne nowe ośrodki - postanowiłam zarezerwować pokój w Meduzie. Dostałam pokój bez okna wielkości schowka na miotły - przepraszam było okno wychodzące na wewnętrzne patio hotelowe. W pokoju koszmarnie gorąco, a ze względu na brak okna nie miałam możliwości przewietrzenia. Cienkie firanki na drzwiach, które również były oszklone nie chroniły przed nocnym światłem z korytarza, w związku z czym przez całą noc w pokoju było jasno. Ale najgorsze było to, że z wyłączonego klimatyzatora wydobywał się jakiś hałas. Zgłosiłam to do recepcji - i Pan który pilnował hotelu w nocy podszedł pod klimatyzator i udawał, że nic nie słyszy. Chociaż doskonale wiedział skąd i dlaczego jest hałas - jakaś nagrzewnica w patio była włączona - jak ją wyłączył od razu hałas ucichł. Powiedział jednak że nie wyłączy tej nagrzewnicy na całą noc bo się zrobi zimno. Jeszcze przy prawie pustym hotelu zaproponował mi wymianę pokoju z dopłatą 200 zł na inny. Żenada. Nie polecam. Nigdy więcej!!!

Lokalizacja przy samej plaży, śniadania pyszne i duży wybór potraw, bardzo czysto w pokoju, strefa spa super, personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

Położenie przy plaży, bardzo pomocny personel, obfite i zróżnicowane śniadanie, basen w hotelu
Obsługa przy śniadaniu słaba, brakowało jajecznicy , gorącej wody , chleba i innych rzeczy a personel nic z tym nie robił . Nie uzupełniał braków mimo że widzieli że tego brakuje. Kręcili się wkoło i nie wiedzieli co mają ze sobą zrobić ......jedyne co robili to sprzątali brudne naczynia ze stołów. To jest ewidentnie do poprawy. Ponadto fajnie byłoby gdyby były 2 jacuzzi ponieważ przy takiej ilości gości ciężko jest z niej skorzystać 😢
