Mooi hotel, schoon, heerlijk ontbijt, aardige meneer die goed Engels spreekt, auto parkeren op eigen terrein en makkelijk te bereiken via grote weg. ( je hoeft niet de stad door) op 10 min met taxi van Skanderbegplein.

El trato del personal es excelente.
Nous avons réservé pour 2 nuits. Nous avions demandé 3 lits séparés. Booking n'avait pas donné cette précision à l'hôtel. De base nous avions été surclassés. De plus Artan s'est proposé de mettre des lits séparés. Artan est vraiment au service des clients. Pour donner des conseils, appeler un taxi et proposer des restaurants il est au top. Nous avons très bien dormi et l'hôtel correspondait à nos attentes.
Au niveau de la situation, nous avions notre voiture pour aller au bunker art 1 ou aller en taxi vers le centre 6€.
Nous avons donc repris une nuit pour notre départ d'Albanie.

Staff person who welcomed had everything ready. As soon as we got off the taxi he handed the room key to us. So we were in the room in no time qhich we greatly appreciated after apending nearly 24 hours tp get from Sydney to Tirana.

Four nights here and I left with the feeling that someone had actually thought things through. The manager deserves a special mention — every question I had got sorted quickly and without endless back-and-forth, from small everyday requests to the kind of thing most hotels answer with “sorry, nothing we can do.” That attitude toward guests is rare and you notice it immediately. The room was kept clean, the area is quiet
Nothing about the property itself. The location just wasn’t quite my personal taste — but that’s entirely subjective, and plenty of people would like exactly where it sits
