Pros:

The receptionist or perhaps the owner (not sure) BUT the person was kind, professional and courteous. A gentleman he was; he made me feel comfortable as I was a solo traveller and went out of his way to help resolve my sim issue. I will stay again when I visit Tirana ❤️ 😍

Sehr, sehr freundliches uns zuvorkommendes Personal. 24 Stunden Check in, späterer Check out und das Gepäck dort Lagern hat ohne Aufpreis und mit einem Lächeln geklappt. Ausgezeichnete Lage, bequemes Bett.

L'albergo è a pochi minuti dalla piazza centrale ed è molto comodo. Il personale è molto cortese e ci ha anche prenotato un taxi che ci è venuto a prendere in aeroporto.

Friendly stuff + good location
Pros:

Very good location. A Clean room. the stuff was friendly, especially a lady who worked on morning shifts. She was great! When I checked out I asked for a taxi to a bus station she helped me a lot. She was really great.

Cons:

A toilet seat was broken and squeezed my skin every time I used the restroom. There was no daily room service and no trash bags, so I used mine and trash was keeping from the first day of my stay until I checked out.
