Hotel rooms are neat and clean also it's near bye mumbai international airport.
We had a terrible experience with this hotel. We arrived at 2 PM, as previously confirmed with the staff, only to be told that our booking had been canceled. However, when I checked on Booking.com, my reservation was still confirmed.
When I brought this up, the staff tried to gaslight me into believing it was my fault and that I should have arrived at 11 AM—well before the official check-in time. Their attitude was dismissive, showing no regret or accountability for their mistake.
It’s shocking that this hotel is still listed on this platform. The way they handle bookings and treat guests is unacceptable.
