The staff was very respectful and helpful from check-in to check out. Booking was quick and straightforward. I even made some changes last minute, and they handled it professionally

Pros:

Nothing. No water available in washroom. No drinking water served. Room was messy and not ready .the front desk person did not receive confirmation about the booking. The room was over too small totally different from what is shown in the website . Total mesa. Did not enjoy stay at all .not recommended to book from booking.com and not recommended to stay in this shitty property to anyone.

Cons:

Cleanliness awful..basic water not found in the bathroom. Drinking water not served. The front desk executive was full with all reasons everytime something was asked to him .

One of the most unhygienic hotel I have ever seen dirty room ,full of mosquitoes, cockroaches , no water bottles, no bulb in bathroom request booking.com not to listed such a dirty hotel in your portal people trusted on portal and book if result will be like this then people will stopped using your portal

Very pathetic service and unprofessional behaviour, when they have done wrong thing but they are showing attitude to us. Room was licking water from outside all my clothes and bags was wet, even tho windows was closed. Food was not up to the mark. Looks very unhygienic. I was a very regular customer of this hotel but because of staff service and room service I will not come here anymore and I will share this to all my friends to not go there.

Unruly staff behaviour
Pros:

Food was decent

Cons:

The female staff was very rude and threatened me by blackmailing that she would accuse me of harassment, when I refused to pay additional cost for the blood stains in the bed sheets.
I have never faced this kind of treatment in any hotel so far. Everytime, the hotel staff are courteous of fixing these issues using regular laundry.
