Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Had

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.
When I booked the room, I specifically asked about parking as I was travelling by car. Upon arrival, a polite gentleman at reception told me to park in front of the hotel and assured me that the next morning I would be given a space in the private parking area.
However, the following morning when I approached reception to move my car as instructed, I was met by an older female receptionist who was extremely rude. When I explained what her colleague had told me the night before, her response was, “He said bullshit.” I was genuinely shocked by this unprofessional and disrespectful comment. Speaking about a colleague — and to a guest — in that manner is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, the minibar in the room was completely empty — not even a single bottle of water was provided.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. There are far better options available where guests are treated with respect.

Lage war Top, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte sehr knusprigen Speck :D

Cons:

Zimmer und Türen sind sehr hellhörig, man hört was sich so am Gang tut. Parkgarage ist mit 13€ schon sehr teuer für den Tag - da empfehle ich den Parkplatz auf der Theresienwiese um 8€ pro Tag. Bad war sehr veraltet von der Ausstattung her und nicht 100% sauber

Muy buen hotel para unos dias en Munich
Pros:

La cercanía al casco antiguo y la estaciónes de trenes y buses.
Buena calefacción y la ducha.
Desayuno, bueno.

Cons:

Bastante tráfico excepto entre las 24 y 06 AM. Con ventana cerrada, se amortigua.

Cons:

Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert: 1 Tag hatte ich keinen Zugriff auf das Internet, 1 Tag lief die Verbindung nur mit Verzögerung. Abhilfe an der Rezeption konnte nicht organisiert werden. Für dienstliche Reisen ist dieses Hotel daher nicht geeignet. Durch den mangelnden WLAN-Service ist es außerdem zu teuer.
