Perfect getaway for Munich
Pros:

Staff were absolutely fabulous! Everyone I had to deal with was very helpful and friendly! Room was on the smaller side but still perfect for us. Rooms are clean and beds comfy. Rain shower is a bonus and bathroom quite big. There is a kitchen area, so you can even cook meals and there is an outdoor area as well. The kitchen has a fridge with reasonably priced beverages and soft drinks. Parking isn’t a problem as there is a garage and the traffic was manageable to get there and out of Munich again. Perfect connection to public transport to the city. There are all sorts of shops and convenience stores like a bakery, Döner shop, chemist and a grocery store. Would definitely book again!

Cons:

Maybe a lock for the elevator to only let guests go up to the rooms as there is a chemist shop in the building and everyone can just use the lift to any level.

Fazit: Nie wieder. Mann/Frau muss schon sehr geringe Ansprüche haben um mit so einem Zimmer zufrieden zu sein.
Pros:

Kurz gesagt: Eine weitere Buchung durch uns wird es nicht mehr geben. Warum? Pros: Gute Lage am S-Bahnhof Solln, Aufzug, Preis erschwinglich für Münchner Verhältnisse. Matraze gut, Bettwäsche sauber, Bett ausreichend groß. Wir haben gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Contras: extrem kleines Zimmer, an der Hauptstraße gelegen, daher sehr laut bis spät abends, vor allem bei gekippten Fenstern. Sonntag früh ruhiger. Fernseher nicht bedienbar da Fernbedienung defekt (offensichtlich Batterie schon ausgelaufen). Wände und Kopfteil des Bettes extrem dreckig, durch ausgelaufene Flüssigkeiten o.ä.. Abfalleimer und WC-Bürstenhalter extrem dreckig. Sieht alles so aus als ob schon wochenlang nicht mehr richtig sauber gemacht. Boden schien gesaugt, da sehr dunkel aber hinsichtlich Sauberkeit nicht beurteilbar. Früher hätte man so ein Zimmer als “Absteige” bezeichnet.

Convenient comfortable overnight stay close to Munich
Pros:

A good formula with excellent underground parking. We have a van so knew we couldn’t use it but found a safe spot on the road which we could see from our room. Comfortable room. We booked a double bed but were allocated a room with single beds however this was quickly rectified upon arrival.

Cons:

Very busy front forecourt with lots of cars coming & going for the shop underneath.

Vor allem die Lage und die sehr nahe gelegenen Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken oder essen zu gehen. Toll ist auch der Parkplatz im Gebäude der nicht extra kostet.

Ein modernes Hotel mit schönen sauberen Zimmern. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Hotelbesitzer. Hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer auf der Rückseite. Absolut top. Danke

Pros:

Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken, Zimmer zweckmässig, Betten bequem.

Cons:

Wir sind zum 3. Mal hier (optimale Lage zu Feier bei Freunden), zum ersten mal hatten wir ein winziges Eckzimmer und die Sauberkeit liess zum ersten mal zu wünschen übrig.
