Pros:

Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Nicht gross, aber vollkommen ausreichend wenn es nur um Übernachtung und Dusche geht :-)). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, und die Haltestelle der S7 zum Hauptbahnhof ist nur einen Steinwurf weit vom Hotel entfernt

Schöne moderne Unterkunft
Pros:

Schöne moderne Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war leider direkt auf eines der Betten ausgerichtet, weshalb diese Nachts ausgeschaltet werden musste. Aufgrund dessen ist es trotz geöffnetem Fenster sehr schnell stickig geworden in dem Zimmer.

We will stay here again
Pros:

Straight forward accommodation of a high standard. No breakfast available but that was not a problem as there is a very good bakery and cafe on the other side of the road. In the centre of Solln with good amenities.

Mit einer entsprechenden Sauberkeit wäre es ein guter Aufenthalt für ein paar Nächte
Pros:

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der sofort reagiert und die Blutflecken entfernt hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich.

Cons:

Die positiven Bewertungen zur Sauberkeit kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen. Bereits beim Betreten des Hotels und später auch im Zimmer fiel ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch auf. In meinem Zimmer roch es so, als wäre dort über mehrere Tage gekifft worden.
Leider waren zudem alte und frische Blutflecken an einem Polster am Bett. Auch das Badezimmer bzw. die Toilette waren leider nicht sauber, und auf den Ablagen lag so viel Staub, dass es den Eindruck machte, das Zimmer sei seit Tagen nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Leider war kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar. Die mangelnde Sauberkeit insbesondere frische Blutflecken im Zimmer für mich ein absolutes No-Go. Insgesamt wirke die Zimmer etwas abgenutzt und herunter gekommen. Wirklich schade, denn das Hotel hat eigentlich viel Charme und liegt in einer guten Lage. Mit deutlich mehr Augenmerk auf die Sauberkeit könnte es ein sehr schönes Hotel sein.

Pros:

Die Klimaanlage bei fast 40 Grad aussen Temperatur. Bequeme Matratze. Gemeinschaftsküche mit Terasse im ersten Stock. Für Raucher Mega.

Cons:

Leider haben wir das Einzelzimmer bekommen mit kleinem Bett etwa 140 oder 120 cm, haben aber für ein Doppelzimmer bezahlt.
Wenn schon versucht wird raffiniert abzuzocken, dann auch mit 2 Kaffeepads und nicht 1,wie für das Einzelzimmer vorgesehen. Also wenn man für 2 Personen bucht, nehmt am besten gleich das Einzelzimmer. Dann ist alles okay.
Ach und die Reinigungskraft sollte tiefer in den Schrank schauen ob nicht die vorherigen Gäste eine offene Chipstüte liegen gelassen haben und im Bad 2 Deckel von irgendeinem Shampoo im Plastikfach liegen.

Die S-Bahn ist nur ein paar Hundert Meter vom Hotel entfernt, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Mittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer,

Der Abfluss im Waschbecken im Badezimmer war verstopft.

Everything was exceptional.
Pros:

It has a big garage for my van which was great. The person at the reception was very kind and welcoming. The room was great. Its clean and well equiped with aircon, coffee maker with coffee pods and everything you might need.

Cons:

Theres no complaints on my side.
