The air conditioning had a MINIMUM temperature of 20 degrees C and the fan was very slow.
Pros:

The location was within walking distance to the "old town".

Cons:

The air conditioning and the small size of the room. The MINIMUM setting was 20 degrees C and the fan speed was very slow. 20 is fine in the middle of winter but not in late June. We were only able to open the window when the temp was cooler than in the room - approx 01:00 am!
We could not stay another night.

Very nice hotel, with excelent staff. Always very helpful and kind.

Cons:

There was no fan in the bathroom, so it was a bit tricky to let the fresh air in after the shower.

Hotel 5-10 mins walk from Munich central train station
Pros:

The beds were 2 single joined together with a mattress.

Cons:

Nothing much provided in the room, not even a kettle.
Self check in after 830 pm . It was not mentioned in the website- check in 3 pm to 12 am

Air conditioning is great. Staff is polite and helpful. Room is clean.

Cons:

Room and lift are dated. The area can be a bit dodgy. The street is filled with kebab places but as a tourist, I would expect it to have more local German food options around.

Buena relación precio calidad
Pros:

Cercano al metro y comercio local, tenían café de maquina como cortesía de la casa todas las mañanas. Puedes guardar las maletas en el vestíbulo antes del Check-in.

Cons:

Durante el día las calles tienen mucho movimiento de comercio árabe. En la entrada del Hotel había olor a orina.
