Pros:

Posto accogliente, la camera molto pulita, i servizi nella norma e lo staff molto molto gentile e risolutivo in particolare Gianni il receptionist, sorrisi e professionalità al mattino sono sempre un buon inizio!

Pros:

De locatie en vriendelijke receptionist.

Cons:

Toen ik toekwam in het hotel om even uit te rusten werd er geboord in de kamer naast mij. Heel jammer dus dat dit niet op een ander moment kon gebeuren en er mij geen andere kamer werd gegeven.

楼层非常高，且楼梯非常窄没有电梯，员工的服务冷冰冰的，整体房间感觉不是很干净，也并不是很方便。而且也没有说清楚要求我们如何去倒垃圾和维护，只是在入住之前不停地刷欧元的押金再退欧元的押金，这样反复有一种信用卡被盗刷的感觉。

Colazione ottima all'Hotel Metropol, ma sarebbe assolutamente da ripristinare la colazione interna all'Hotel President.

Cons:

Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato alcuni capelli su una federa del cuscino del letto, e mia figlia ha dormito con l'asciugamano sul cuscino. Il giorno dopo abbiamo chiesto di cambiare, oltre agli asciugamani, anche le federe e hanno rifatto tutti i letti. Molto bene.
Però il secondo giorno abbiamo chiesto di cambiare solo gli asciugamani e, tornando in camera alla sera, ci siamo stupiti che i letti fossero completamente sfatti, come al mattino. Va bene cambiare gli asciugamani solo a richiesta per risparmiare lavaggi, ma sistemare i letti non può essere fatto solo a richiesta! È sgradevole tornare in camera e vedere i letti in disordine, e che l'ospite se li debba sistemare da solo... Questo non è un risparmio che aiuti l'ambiente e ci ha molto deluso.
