una delle 4 stelle di questa struttura la merita sicuramente la famiglia Gartner. Raramente ho visto un'attenzione per gli ospiti di così grande rilevanza. Complimenti davvero e a presto!! Posizione molto comoda per gli spostamenti.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen entspannten Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank Familie Gartner + Team!
Pros:

Toller Wellnessbereich mit super Aussicht aus der Sauna, sehr bequeme Betten und es ist immer was los - von z.B. Pilates am Freitagmorgen bis Get-Together vor dem Abendessen. Das Personal und die Inhaber sind sehr präsent und man fühlt sich sofort umsorgt.

Pros:

Super nettes Personal, das Essen war von einem anderen Stern und der Wellness-Bereich ist vor allem für Tage mit schlechtem Wetter (ja, das gibt‘s manchmal wirklich in Südtirol!) ein toller Rückzugsort! Man kann jederzeit alles fragen und bekommt Tipps für Ausflüge etc. Das alles in einem herrlich unaufgeregten Rahmen, sodass man keine andere Wahl hat, außer sich sofort wohlzufühlen. Herzensempfehlung!

In assoluto la cortesia dei proprietari, sempre pronti a regalare un sorriso agli ospiti, e di tutto lo staff.
Ho viaggiato con mia moglie e il nostro cane, un pastore tedesco.
La struttura è molto bella e arredata con gusto, in ogni angolo, anche nei corridoi che portano alle camere, ci sono rifiniture di pregio e pezzi di design.
La camera era molto spaziosa, letto comodo e con una bellissima vista sulla piscina e sui monti; la camera aveva a disposizione un balcone con giardino comunicante.
Inoltre, cosa non da poco, abbiamo mangiato entrambe le sere al ristorante dell'hotel e abbiamo mangiato particolarmente bene, spendendo solo 35 euro a persona con 5 portate e buffet sia di antipasti che di dolci!
Anche in sala il personale è stato incredibilmente cortese e preparato, che sui vini.
Consigliatissimo!

Sehr erholsam, entspannend, genussvoll und sehr freundlich.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wie hatten ein sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer. Die Einrichtung war eine sehr gute Mischung zwischen Tradition und Moderne. Der Spa-Bereich war hervorragend, Sauna, Schwimmbad mit Innen- und Außenbereich, Ruheraum mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut, vor allem die Möglichkeit abends beim Menu Gerichte austauschen oder weglassen zu können.
