The hotel does not have its own car park, but guests are welcome to drop off and pick up luggage by car for a few seconds. Public car parks are available around the corner, and also 1312 feet away (please see Policies for the differing charges).

The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Please note that when booking a nonrefundable rate, guests will be required to show the credit card provided in the booking process.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schnell am Bahnhof und im Zentrum 👍🏼. Gute Matratze, sauber und gepflegte Räume und Ausstattung. Portier bei Ankunft sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit ebenso die Rezeptionistin bei der Abreise wo wir unsere Koffer abgeholt haben, beide Top😀😀😀

Cons:

Obstauswahl beim Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, sowie wenn etwas zu Ende geht wird erst bei bitte nachschub gebracht.

It was in a good location.

Cons:

No elevator or AV and we were put on the top floor when it was fully booked so I would have liked to be on a lower floor to make it easier with bags and the heat.

De las tres personas que tratamos en recepción, la primera mal, las dos siguientes muy bien. No tenian te de breakfast en el desayumo, algun personal no enttendia el ingllés. Hacia calor en las habitaiones

Gute Lage in Seitenstraße zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Stachus.

Cons:

Rustikales Hotel, in die Jahre gekommen.
Zimmer klein, Bad winzig. Keine Klimaanlage. Extrem hellhörig - die ganze Nacht alle Geräusche des Hotels, der Straße, der Straßenbahn
Frühstück extrem einfach, wenig Auswahl, nicht wirklich gut.

Für Münchener Verhältnisse bezahlbares Hotel direkt am Bahnhof. Super Lage für kurze und weite Ausflüge. Alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war für den Preis schon sehr klein, aber das war jetzt nicht schlimm.

Ich konnte meinen kleinen Lkw direkt vor der Tür parken mit Erlaubnis des Mitarbeiters. Sehr gut für mich 👍. Zimmer sauber und alles in Ordnung komme gerne wieder.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug, was aber nicht klar gemacht wird.
Der Rezeptionist am 17.06 ist sehr unfreundlich.
Auch sehr unfreundlich ist die Frau im Esszimmer, die die Kunden beim Frühstücken checkt. Sie scheint nicht zu wissen wie man Hallo sagt.
Das Personal ist auch nicht hilfsbereit. Ich habe eine Rechnung erhalten, die falsche Daten und unklare Daten enthält, was die Rückerstattung bei der Firma erschwert. Allerdings möcht mir das Hotel nicht helfen und hat meine Anfrage ignoriert wenn ich um Korrektur gebeten habe.
