Atemberaubend
Pros:

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel bietet ein umfangreiches Angebot, und die Lage ist einfach hervorragend. Auch die Küche hat uns sehr überzeugt und war aus meiner Sicht ausgezeichnet.

Ein rundum perfekter Erholungsurlaub der Superlative.
Pros:

Von der Lage des Hotels, die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, sowie Essen und Getränke war alles hervorragend.
Was ich trotzdem ganz besonders hervorheben will ist, wie freundlich (aber auf keinen Fall aufdringlich) das gesamte Personal ist.

Unser Urlaub war von einer Herzlichkeit geprägt, die man nicht planen oder kaufen kann.
Pros:

Das Hotel selbst liegt mitten im Ort und hat dadurch die perfekte Lage. Der Busbahnhof ist direkt in der Nähe, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und trotzdem genießt man eine entspannte Ruhe. Architektonisch beeindruckt der moderne Anbau sofort, aber erst wenn man ein paar Tage dort verbringt, erkennt man, wie viel Liebe in die Gestaltung geflossen ist. Überall finden sich kleine Details, die das Haus zu einem Wohlfühlort machen. Die Hanglage und der Blick ins Meraner Tal sind dabei das i-Tüpfelchen. Diese Aussicht wird einfach nicht langweilig, egal ob beim Frühstück, im Pool oder abends bei einem Glas Wein.
Das größte Highlight ist und bleibt aber das Team. Schon nach wenigen Minuten hatten wir das Gefühl, angekommen zu sein, fast so, als würde man Freunde besuchen. Dieses Gefühl blieb die gesamte Woche über bestehen. Jeder einzelne im Haus lebt echte Gastfreundschaft, man wird immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und spürt sofort, dass hier mit Freude gearbeitet wird. Besonders begeistert hat uns, wie selbstverständlich und unkompliziert sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert wurde. Ganz egal, ob morgens, mittags oder abends – wir hatten nie das Gefühl, zu stören, sondern immer, willkommen zu sein. Das ist heute wirklich selten und hat uns sehr beeindruckt.

Fantastico, abbiamo già prenotato la prossima vacanza.
Pros:

Ci hanno sorpreso l' eccezionale cortesia dello staff e l'attenzione dedicata ai bambini con spazi e comodità (2 stanze gioco dedicate a bambini e ragazzi, piscina per bambini, buffet per bambini). Allo stesso momento il menù e la qualità del cibo erano straordinari, e ci sono zone dedicate a soli adulti. Abbiamo già prenotato il prossimo soggiorno.

Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Dorf Tirol mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht welches von einer super netten Gastgeberfamilie geführt wird.
