Sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.
Pros:

Der Herr an der Rezeption [durchgehend geöffnet] und die Frühstücksdame waren sehr nett! Das Hotel ist perfekt, um die Innenstadt zu erkunden, man ist sofort am Isartor. Alles gemütlich und nicht so "abgehoben" wie es dir in München passieren kann. Genau richtig klimatisiert. Wir haben uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr wohlgefühlt - trotz der krassen Hitze draußen.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage in wirklicher Nähe zu Marienplatz und Viktualienmarkt, nicht nur geschrieben sondern tatsächlich. Öffis gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ausserdem freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Bad war extrem klein. Ein Gast mit Rollator könnte nicht aufs WC

Vi blev opgraderet til et stort flot værelse/badeværelse. Morgenmaden var dejlig.

Pros:

Frühstücks Auswahl ist sehr umfangreich, Wasser Angebot gibt es den ganzen Tag.
Zentral, Die Stadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Keine Gästemappe
Parkplatz, ist für geübte Einparker, ein PKW Aufzug in die Tiefgarage , sehr teuer
Nicht ebenerdig, um zum Zimmer zu kommen müssen einige Stufen mit dem Koffer überwunden werden.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, men ikke helt 4 stjerner værd
Pros:

Værelset var meget lille. Vi havde fået bekræftet Twin Beds, men fik dobbeltseng. .
Ingen air conditioning, og ingen mulighed for at regulere temperatur i værelset.
Hotellet er fint, og beliggenheden er rigtig god, men 4 stjerner er lige i overkanten til det hotel.

Cons:

Lille værelse. Lille reception. Amenities på badeværelset. Ingen bar på hotellet

Cute but a bit old fashioned.
Pros:

The room was cute and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was a bit expensive but delicious.

Cons:

They didn’t have Air conditioning, which during the summer makes for an unpleasant time.
