Great location on the beach with beachfront access. Great Pool with attractions for kids. Nice restaurants with large menu options.
Property did not respond to email request. The restaurant was understaffed with long wait times and poor service.
Large property on the beach with wonderful views and amazing pool facility with many slides and attractions. Centrally located close to restaurants and the mall.
Rooms are near the highway with traffic noise at all hours, earplugs are necessary, especially if light sleeper. The hotel is busy allowing non-resident guest access to the pool with a separate pool fee overwhelming the restaurant staff with long wait times and inferior food service. Breakfast is included with the room rate, but should consider a buffet style serving to assist in food delivery which was extremely slow.

Room was changed twice. We were supposed to have the triple room with sea view but changed to one queen bed room to 2 single bed room because of leaking of ac. Not good

We like the resort's architectural and interior design. It is very Instagram-able, quiet at night and the perfect escape from busy and noisy city life. We also love the food, very affordable and has a variety of food to choose from.
We just hope, pwede makapagtampisaw sa dagat... Medyo mabato kasi kaya they don't recommend.
Views and the pool are amazing
Stairs going to the room need a little tlc they had the rubber edge coming off on a few places and easy to trip on

Breakfast didn’t offer any real choices for people with ethnic food choices and the beef burger was not pure beef as claimed.
The location is wonderful—quiet and peaceful and has a huge rooms. This place is great for family.
I've stayed in various hotels while traveling, and I wanted to share a few observations about my recent stay:
1. The air conditioner is placed in the hallway, far from the bed, making it a bit hot on the bed side due to a wall blocking the airflow. (we stayed at Standard Double Seaview)
2. They only provided two pillows, and they were quite stiff and hard, so we ended up not using them.
3. The pool had a greenish tint.
4. The restaurant was busy, and they didn't notice us when we walked in, resulting in foreign guests being served just a few minutes before us. This isn't a huge issue, but I hope they review their process to avoid giving the impression that they prioritize foreigners over locals, especially since we all pay the same rates.
I hope this feedback is taken positively and helps them improve their service and standards.
Breakfast ok, Restaurant in the evening has a very good quality fish, location ok, nice swimming pool. Park with well mantainance
