Emplacement unique! Dommage pour l'inconfort des lits
Pros:

Le lieu est exceptionnel, face au Mékong — à condition d’avoir une chambre avec balcon et vue. Sinon, cela perd beaucoup de son intérêt et il vaut peut-être mieux passer votre chemin.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet est plutôt réussi : assez varié et de bonne qualité.
Les prix restent raisonnables. L’hôtel est classé 3 étoiles, mais il a par moments des airs de 4 étoiles.

Cons:

Comme chaque fois que nous venons, nous oublions à quel point les matelas sont durs comme du bois. Résultat : les trois quarts du groupe ne dorment pas bien.
Les costumes du personnel chargé des bagages devraient aussi être changés : à chaque fois, on a l’impression wit les clients vont se faire arrêter par la police.
Quant au personnel à l’accueil… il n’est vraiment pas accueillant. Pourtant, c’est leur travail : sourire, parler avec les clients, poser des questions sympathiques, faire des recommandations de restaurants ou de visites. Ici, impossible d’obtenir un sourire ou un échange.
Lorsque je demande à changer de chambre, on me répond d’abord qu’il n’y en a plus, alors qu’il en reste. Finalement, on accepte d’en changer une (je paie même la différence de prix), mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi il faut insister autant pour quelque chose d’aussi simple. Est-ce par paresse ?
Si les matelas étaient au moins recouverts d’un surmatelas, cela changerait déjà beaucoup de choses.
Sinon, les produits de toilette sont hyper basiques, les serviettes sont usées, devenues grises ou tachées avec le temps. La décoration est aussi un peu vieillotte. L’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne non plus : on entend la rue et les voisins.
C’est vraiment dommage, car j’ai envie d’y retourner. Mais, de grâce : changez ces matelas beaucoup trop durs ! 😅

Great, clean and good location hotel. We will be back when have chance.
Pros:

The room is big, clean with a great view of Cuu Long river and the big, green park at its front. With the window open, fresh and cool wind flowing in the afternoon and night is enjoyable, air-con is not needed. Sitting at the table in the balcony, we can enjoy coffees at any time.

Service is great and helpful. Good breakfast. It should be 4-start at least.

Das Hotel ist gute Mittelklasse. Der Zimmerwechsel war problemlos möglich, wenn auch mit einem Aufpreis versehen.

Cons:

Zimmer ganz ohne Fenster sind in dieser Preisklasse nicht üblich. Es sollte deutlicher darauf hingewiesen werden.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location by the river, our room had a river view which was stunning. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and there's a great bar on the top floor.
