Klimat hotelu na długo pozostanie w naszej pamięci
Świetny, przestronny apartament z wanną i aneksem kuchennym, łóżko tak wygodne, że aż żal, że to była tylko jedna noc - na pewno wrócimy jeszcze
Pyszne śniadanie, można było poczuć się jak w domu. Bardzo miła Pani obsługująca nas na nim 1 marca 2026 (niedziela) - takie osoby to skarb i to one są najlepszą wizytówką miejsca
Świetna restauracja z pięknie urządzonym wnętrzem i barem, pyszna rolada z kluskami śląskimi - dawno tak dobrych nie jedliśmy
Cały hotel urządzony w pięknym stylu. Wszędzie wysokiej jakości wykończenia, piękne obrazy przedstawiające miasto i zamek

Das Hotel hat alles, was man für eine kurze Reise braucht.Es ist definitiv die perfekte Wahl.
Pros:

Die Atmosphäre war angenehm, es war ruhig und sauber. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und das Abendessen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet.

Eine Woche ist in Ordnung aber länger ist nicht ratsam .
Pros:

Das Hotel selber ist echt schön und sauber , Das Abendessen hat auch geschmeckt aber die Auswahl ist nicht sehr groß .
Die Gegend ist auch OK , es gibt ein Paar Wanderwege und die Geschäfte sind auch in der Nähe .

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht so groß und viele Sachen waren nicht abgedeckt . Bis wir uns beschwert haben denn
es gibt dort sehr viele Fliegen . Die Frau beim Frühstick hat wenig Ahnung von Saubekeit und Higiene . Alles wird ohne
Handschuhe angefasst , auch die Kaffeetassen werden nicht am Griff sondern innen angefasst . Die Bedinnungen sind
unterbesetzt und haben sehr viel Stress deshalb warscheinlich auch keine richtige Higiene .

Lokalizacja i restauracja hotelowa to wielki atut. Bardzo sympatyczny personel.

Cons:

Awaria wody podczas pierwszego pobytu. To się zdarza, przy czym wolałbym dostać informację o takiej sytuacji. Niestety sama musialam zadbać o wyjaśnienie kiedy sytuacja zostanie naprawiona. Rozumiem, że takie sytuacje są obecne jednak wolałabym dostać informację i zdecydować, co w tej sytuacji. Po wielu kilometrach drogi woda jest absolutnie niezbędna w toalecie i łazience.
