Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The shower was very small and we could hear trains almost all night. It is a short walk from the train station but it's very hilly. Also, the breakfast was very minimal - buns and jam only.

Staff are kind but does not speak english. It was kind of hard to communicate.

Quaint and in a quiet small neighborhood a short walk from the center of town.
Pros:

Love the cedar tub

Cons:

Quite far off the beaten track. A bit hard to find, not much in terms of amenities- said breakfast was included but we never got anything. Was just a tray in the lobby with tea bags.

Hotel Kakurega Best
Pros:

The setting was homely and rustic. Had a wonderful bathroom complete with onsen etc. The staff were nice, always having a smile on their faces. The round bread was superb, i wish I had eaten more. And even though the location of the hotel is quite far from civilization, I love the fact that it is near the station where we can relax and no longer think about a few miles of travelling to the airport. And after a long walk, the moment we arrive at your place, we feel comfortable coz it's very serene and accommodating.
