THE HOTEL WAS WELL LOCATED AND CLEAN. THE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.
Pros:

The staff were very responsive and helpful. They gave us advice about local stores and taxi services we could use. The room was large, was regularly cleaned and all the toileteries were thoughtfully given. We had lots of complementary drinking water in our room. A big plus was that we could order food from delivery apps.
The buffet breakfast was okay.
The front desk manager was very resourceful and knew the hospitality business well.

Cons:

We didn't get hand towels in our room. When I requested for them it was given quickly. They didn't have a travel adapter that I needed for my laptop. It may be a good idea for them to keep one.

A perfect way to settle into India, with a beach a short walk away
Pros:

The hotel and the rooms were of a very standard. The rooftop bar / restaurant had amazing sea views where we watched the sunset each day. The food in the 11th floor restaurant/bar was exceptional. The small hotel pool provided a welcome relief on a hot day.
