Worst customer service
I went with my family and the staff we so rude at the check in time so i didn’t check in
Room is big. Location is good. Car parking is big

The hotel is right across the bus station.
The information Booking.com is providing is wrong. You can only pay cash, credit cards are not accepted. When arriving, the hotel claimed a higher price than what was confirmed by Booking.com. They did not want to compromise. I either had to pay their higher price or leave. Customer service of Booking.com was not helpful at all. I provided all the evidence of the case: my booking from Booking.com and the actual higher bill. The hotel said this is a false claim and Booking.com did not support me, even though the evidence was clear. Booking.com said I had to deal with the hotel myself. Interesting enough, the receptionist of the hotel said, that I am not a single case. This happens all the time! So, I am wondering. ..Booking.com, what is wrong with you??? You are not reliable and helpful!!!

Very bad, cheating for hotel fare
Nothing staffs are really rude
The staff at the front desk mr kumar was very arrogant impolite and impatient . He asked to leave the hotel and asked me to pay extra for the room
Clean room and bathroom, that’s the good. What’s sad is the property is attached to a local bar, making it unattractive for families to stay here. Room intercoms were out of order. No facilities for in-house kitchen.
No in-room dining from in-house kitchen. Coming kitchen to the local bar, streetside cafe and the hotel. Rooms had cockroaches the size of a small bird. Not enough hot water due to the rains and the solar panels not getting enough sunlight.
No breakfast served. They say that not applicable.
No tel. Connection. Bed sheet pillo covers dirty. Altogether not fit for family stay. Also charged Rs. 300 for additional bed.

I have booked 2 rooms in Capital O vempanadu tourist Home (Vaikam kerala ) on 16/04/2023 through Booking.com. and I have pay advance IRS 723 from my debit card but when I reached Tourist Home they are not willing to give me the room and tourist home staff Rudely intervened and said that they don't know the cash that I paid in advance

They charged doubled the price for the room as compared to their booking price on the site. It shows lack of transparency and possible fraud .
