The staff were very nice.

Cons:

The rooms were not soundproof, we could clearly hear the TV from the room next to us. Every morning by 5am above our room loud sound of chairs dragging and noises from the street. Impossible to sleep after 5am every single morning. Guests in the corridor talked and laughed so loudly in the middle of the night when they come back (around 3-4am)and because the walls n door were very thin, we couldn’t sleep after 4-5am.
And the location is not fantastic either. Will not go back there.

Value for money and good location hotel
Pros:

Hotel location was great as near to the many tourist attraction and within the walking distance to the main lake. The room was alright as you can sense the old French type room.

Cons:

Need to improve on the room as we got to change room on day 2 due to clog toilet. But the staff was nice to let us change the room. Need to improve on training the staff especially on the receptionist to be able to converse in basic English if possible. But overall, the experience was great.

Clean Facilities But Dated Bathroom
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to the Crazy House and restaurants around the area. Breakfast is okay, nothing special.

Cons:

Water pressure is low and difficult to adjust between hot and cold water. I booked 2 rooms with the same issue. The hotel is kind of dated. Wifi went down for a couple hours. Bath towels smells damp.

le prix est assez cher pour cette période,quelques améliorations à faire tout de même pour ce genre d’hôtel
Pros:

hôtel est très propre
il y a deux ascenseurs dans l’hôtel

Cons:

-L’entrée dans l’hotel par un escalier montant , on doit monter les bagages par soi-même , je ne vois aucun personnel qui aide les clients

-L’acceuil à la réception est froid et non accueillant comme certain petit hôtel
- Pas de boisson disponibles dans le réfrigerateur, il faut descendre en bas pour en avoir dans le distributeur
