Having a bathtub
Breakfast was below average for the price of the stay. Advertised on Booking.com as having shuttles to/from the airport, but after check in with the hotel staff, they said they don’t have that service. not enough hot water when there are many people staying there. The room is outdated. The floor was dirty. The curtain was dirty. The fan doesn’t work. The hallway is dark. Every time I went outside I had to turn the lights on myself. There was only one elevator and it was slow. People talking in their room and in the hallway can be hurt loudly inside my room. There’s nothing luxury about this hotel.

Wären die Zimmer so wie das Voyeé, dann Spitze. Sonst eher durchschnittlich ausgestattet. Z.b. Badewanne als Dusche. Auch ab 7.00 sehr hellhörig da man das Stühle rücken im Frühstücksraum durch das Hotel hört. Nervt echt .Kaffee immer kalt und Qualität für ein Herkunftsland von Kaffee ein klares Minus. Frühstück: man wird satt. Aber für den Preis, kann man da schon buchen

The staff and the price for low season.
While the advertised "breakfast included" amenity was altered due to low hotel occupancy, I acknowledge the provision of a Vietnamese soup, coffee, and powdered juice. Howevwr, I suggest that the inclusion of at least one piece of fresh fruit would significantly enhance the offering, particularly given its abundance in Vietnam. The staff demonstrated commendable effort and communicated effectively in English.

La qualité du petit déjeuner était très très moyenne. Pour qui mange du Phó et des oeufs au réveil comme moi cela va bien toutefois mon mari n'a pas déjeuné car absence de plat ou de fruits ou tout autre chose
Il a fallu quémander pain et confiture
Sur ce point il faut vraiment améliorer pour ma clientèle européenne.

The hotel is quite new and well maintained for Vietnam. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Ideally located for walking into the centre of town
The breakfast buffet was quite sparse and on our last day we had to leave at 0700, so went for breakfast at 0600 (when the buffet opened). The staff were not ready and although the toaster was on there was no bread to put in it.
