Interessante in posizione strategica
Pros:

Struttura defilata ma in posizione interessante a due passi dal ponte dell' Accademia.
Le stanze sono eleganti ,non grandi ma accoglienti e ben pulite.
Colazione più che buona

Cons:

Manca il frigobar,il wi fi non è compreso e la ricezione telefonica mobile è mediocre

Grazie allo staff dell'hotel Belle Arti hotel di riferimento del Domus Cavanis proprio lì di fronte.
Entrata e giardino( Belle Arti)suggestivi, che si affacciano su un viale alberato fiorito molto bello.
Buona Colazione.
Stanze carine tipico arredo veneziano.

Cons:

Purtroppo la toilette obsoleta.

E' stato tutto bellissimo come sempre ma dipende da cosa fai a Venezia. Solo passeggio ti stanchi

Colazione classica da albergo con tutto il necessario per tutti, posizione a Venezia si sa non conta nulla e poi conviene fare il biglietto giornalieroper i traghetti, letto matrimoniale ottimo e ristorantini buoni e accessibili nelle vicinanze.

Cons:

Siccome sono andato in un periodo torrido di caldo non è presente un piccolo frigo per conservare le bevande e non c'erano le istruzioni per la cassaforte in armadio ma comunque piccolo difetti trascurabili a fronte Venezia. La città più bella del mondo.

Die Lage des Hotels war top. Man war schnell im Geschehen.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist sehr nostalgisch und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lattenroste der Betten waren kaputt. Es fehlten Streben und eine war angebrochen.
