Hangulatos, szépen berendezett kis szálloda kedves és segítőkész személyzettel, nagyon jó helyen.
Pros:

A szálloda Szepesszombat főterén van, nagyon szép, történelmi környezetben, az épület maga is patinás. A szállodát nagyon szépen rendezték be: a történelmi épület és a modern berendezés összhangja jellemzi. A személyzet nagyon kedves. A reggeli jó minőségű alapanyagokból készül. A szállodánál lehet parkolni, remek kiindulópont a Szepesség történelmi városainak, várainak a felfedezéséhez.

Cons:

A tetőtéri szobákban az ágy az ablakfülkékben van, ami nagyon kényelmetlen, nem lehet felegyenesedni. Először egy nagyon szűk szobát kaptunk, ahol kettőnknek csak egyetlen szék volt és alig lehetett a szobában megmozdulni, holott a lefoglalt szobánk leírásában ülősarok is szerepelt. A reklamálásunkra még első este új szobát kaptunk, ami sokkal tágasabb és kényelmesebb volt, bár az ágy itt is a szűk ablakfülkébe volt beszorítva. A légkondicionáló is rosszul van elhelyezve, az ágyban fekvőkre fújja a hideget éjjel. A reggeli választéka nagyon kicsi, sok máshol megszokott dolog itt hiányzik.

A charming hotel with a lovely atmosphere.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the location, in a charming and very typical area, and the building itself had a lot of character. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The restaurant was good overall, although the rumsteak we had for dinner could have been better. We particularly appreciated being able to order freshly prepared omelettes for breakfast, which were excellent.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the warm welcome from the resident cat!

Cons:

We were a little disappointed to find that, despite having a dinner reservation for 7:30 p.m., no desserts were available by the time we arrived.

The bathroom cleaning was also rather basic and could have been better.

Finally, the lack of air conditioning can be difficult during a heatwave, especially when the room becomes very warm.

Wystrój i klimatyczne spa. Ważne też było dla nas wygodne łóżko żeby się dobrze wyspać.

Cons:

Nie ma czegoś takiego. Może brakło nam jedynie jacuzzi w spa :) wtedy było by perfekcyjnie :)

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a cute neighbourhood a 30 mins walk from Poprad train station. The restaurant was good. I left early each morning to go to the mountains so the hotel prepared a generous breakfast for me to take away.

Spa-hotelli, joka tuotti pettymyksen
Pros:

Hotellin mijöö oli mukavan tunnelmallinen, hotellikissa oli kiva (mutta se pyrki sisään huoneeseemme, jossa oli varmaan tottunut olemaan aiemminkin...). Hotellin ravintola oli kallis ja valikoima niukka, emme siis syöneeti siellä. Autolla oli helppo tulla ja mennä, parkkipaikkoja oli runsaasti hotellin vieressä.

Cons:

Spa-hotelli jossa ei olekaan spata! Kuvissa näkyy poreamme ja spa-sana hotellin nimessä antaa ymmärtää enemmän kuin mitä on tarjolla (kun kyselimme asiasta, selvisi että talon kellarissa on kyllä kylmävesiamme ja sauna, jotka ei kuulu hintaan). Aamiainen oli niukka, mutta emme ymmärtäneet että siellä olisi voinut tilata esim. omeletin halutessaan, kukaan ei maininnut asiasta meille ensimmäisenä aamuna ja toisena se selvisi kun olimme jo melkein valmiit. Huoneessa oli erittäin voimakas hajuste (hajustelaite pistorasioissa: irroitimme ne oitis, mutta tuoksu ei lähtenyt huoneesta kahden päivän aikana silti), hajusteherkät eivät voisi oleskella huoneessa ollenkaan. Järjettömän paksut peitot (helteellä tosi hiostavat).
