Pros:

Πολύ όμορφο και ήσυχο μέρος για διαμονη. Ιδανική τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο καθαρο και ανετο. Μεγάλο μπάνιο με όλα τα απαραίτητα που χρειάζεσαι. Αλλάζανε πετσέτες κάθε μερα. Μέσα στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε και ξεχωριστός χώρος για τις αποσκευές και τα ρούχα. Η στάση του βαπορετο είναι 3 τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια. Και από εκεί μπορείς να πάρεις και το βαπορετο για τα νησάκια οπότε είναι πολύ καλό αυτό. Η απόσταση από τον Σαν Μάρκο περίπου 15 λεπτα με τα πόδια και 10 λεπτα από την γέφυρα του Ριάλτο. Σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής η καλύτερη. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la stanza veramnte carina, letto comodo, bagno attrezzato e posizione comoda, non troppo distante dal centro e vicino alla fermata dei vaporetti, super consigliato!

letto comodo, struttura ok, bagno pulito e camera accogliente. grande il giusto per un soggiorno di qualche giorno in Venezia. ottima qualità prezzo

il tv aveva il cavo rotto dell'antenna, un'inezia sistemabile in poco tempo. consiglio di prevedere un sacchetto per la spazzatura leggermente più grande per più comodità

Pros:

Pokój był bardzo czysty, zadbany i w zasadzie kilka minut od centrum, ale nie było słychać zgiełku. 🙂 Ręczniki były zmienione codziennie tak jak i sprzątanie. Pani właścicielka obsłużyła nas następnego dnia na spokojnie więc to też jest dla mnie na plus ;) Pomimo przyjazdu w nocy nie było problemu z zakwaterowaniem.

Pros:

Ubicación. Cómodo. Habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

La comunicación con el personal. Me parece bien que no estén cuando llegas pero muchos mensajes y poca visión de qué te adaptas al viajero y no viceversa.
