Would certainly stay here again!
Pros:

Location: Short walk to ferry stop!
Room was clean and small but with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. A/C worked great. Management was very easy to reach.

Cons:

Nothing! FYI-short, narrow stairway to reach room. No problem for us but could be with large luggage (shouldn’t have in Venice, anyway lol)

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in questo hotel e, se dovessimo tornare a Venezia, non avremmo dubbi: sceglieremmo nuovamente questa struttura. L'esperienza è stata impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto. La camera, funzionale e curata, vanta un letto estremamente comodo che garantisce un riposo eccellente; la pulizia è quotidiana e include un gradito rifornimento gratuito di caffè e acqua. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff per la professionalità e la gentilezza: è evidente che il benessere dell'ospite sia la loro priorità. La posizione è strategica: situata in una zona tranquilla e ricca di ristoranti, la struttura è vicinissima alla fermata del vaporetto per Murano e Burano, e a soli 15 minuti di piacevole passeggiata da Piazza San Marco.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Comfiest and cleanest accommodation we have stayed in during our travels in Italy. Great peaceful location and it was lovely to have somebody come and check us into our room which doesn’t happen very often these days. Very spacious and refreshing. Would recommend to anyone.

Cons:

There was an issue with the hot water during our stay due to a fault but the host kept me updated and responded very well.

Great little hotel
Pros:

Perfect location. In a quiet area but close enough to shops, attractions and restaurants. Close to alliaqua stop from airport. Clean towels every day. Comfortable bed. Staff met on arrival and gave information and map on the area.

Location: around 15-20 min walk to San Marco. 3 min walk to station to go to Murano or Burano. Easy to check in and out. Clean.

The water was coming from the bathtub.

Propre, Calme ,restaurants à proximité. Bon emplacement pour qui connaît déjà Venise.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, juste une annexe, pas de réception. Tout s'est (bien) passé par WhatsApp comme dans un Rbandb.

Pros:

L'emplacement au calme à 15 minutes à pied de la Place Saint Marc. La gentillesse du personnel même via WhatsApp, la propreté irréprochable

Cons:

La TV ne fonctionnait pas mais nous n'y étions pas pour cela
