Ok for overnight stay.
Pros:

Staff helpful. Quiet in room even in a Saturday night. Easy to park right outside room. Good size bathroom and shower.

Cons:

Room very small. Standard size double bed with only just enough room to walk round. Had trouble fitting in travel crate for our dog.
Did not dine there in the evening. Breakfast ok with wide choice but told we had to take it between 8-9am as they had a lot people arriving for Mother’s Day breakfast from 9.00!

Relaxing hotel escape
Pros:

This is the 2nd time we have been to this hotel and we have really enjoyed it both times. We have stayed in the eaves and the barn and both rooms were great: very comfortable, clean and well designed - even though the rooms are small, they don't feel cramped. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pub has a great atmosphere, complete with open fire, which was ideal to have a pre-dinner drink next to during for our stay in February, whilst the food in the restaurant is very nice. Would absolutely stay again in the future.

Beautiful cosy countryside retreat with fantastic food
Pros:

Loved the food In particular the breakfast, the room was also really good quality

Cons:

Maybe a little direction about where to go when you get there, checking in from the restaurant. Also random but the music in the restaurant was a little downbeat!
