Pros:

Pieni majatalo Pärnun keskustassa. Huoneisto oli sisäpihan puolella ja ainakaan näin keväällä ei mitään kuulunut kun pubi oli kiinni. Auton saa parkkiin 50m päässä olevalle paikoitusalueelle.

Hotell asub otse linna südames, kõik vajalik on vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel.
​Väga suur eelis on tasuta parkimisvõimalus otse hotelli juures.
​Tuba oli vaikne ja varustatud kõige vajalikuga. Eraldi kiitus pehmete voodite eest, mis tagasid väga hea une.
​Teenindajad on äärmiselt sõbralikud ja abivalmid.
Hommikusöögi valik on küll pigem tagasihoidlik, kuid kõik pakutu oli värske ja maitsev ning kõhu sai kenasti täis.
