Ужасно, жена ми почти намрази Враца заради хотела

Местоположението. Предлагат сешоар на рецепция, няма в стаите.

Cons:

Платен паркинг в ужасно състояние и течове на варовик върху колата, още се чудя как да го прехна без да нараня боята;
Половината канали недостъпни на телевизора. Дистанционното счупено, след като се опитахме да го върнем или заменим на рецепция ни съобщиха че днес не могат, но ако го оставим на втория ден сутринта докато се върнем вечерта ще е оправено - върнахме се и не беше оправено или заменено - без телевизор.
Вентилацията в банята не работеше и водата не се дренираше при което ставаше мини локва която не можеше да изсъхне до сутинта, а чехли не се предлагаха.
Въпреки свръх скъпите билити спрямо качество, ни настаниха на първия етаж над банкетната зала по време на баловете и до 5 сутринта музиката не се спираше, а изолация не спираше нито музиката, нито басовете. Съответно нито бе спряна музиката, нито намериха решение на проблема ни въпреки че хотела беше почти празен.
Очаквахме да има поне едно ядене, към цената, но се оказа че след като се наядохме на рецепция ни обявиха че трябва да платим по 10 евро на човек за пържени филийки и 3 краставички.
Няма тераса, няма комарник на единствения прозорец. Климатика прашен и върти прахоляк.
Най - лошото!!! - влизат в стаите повреме на гостуването ни без да ни уведомят докато отсъстваме и без да сме ги викали- това го разбрахме след като част от кърпите бяха сменени.

Стаята беше просторна, както очаквахме. Матраците и възглавниците не ти разрешават да се събудиш сутрин - толкова са удобни и комфортни.

Il ristorante ,e il lobi

Ho prenotato tramite booking e ho cercato di chiamare anche telefonicamente la ragazza al telefono are molto maleducata mi a risposto alla terza telefonata mi ha risposto , che se non mi risponde al telefono significa che e impegnata.! Al nostro arrivo la ragazza con il l'accento ucraino era gentile e carina .
I letti erano scomodi bassi .ma insomma e andata bene .

Мястото на което е хотела е супер, на самият център на града! Стаите са с приличен размер и баните са ОК, хората са мили.

Cons:

Вентилацията е много стара и не работи добре на охлаждане. Леглата не са удобни, слушалката на душа се откачаше постоянно...В листинга пише, че има СПА, но никой от рецепцията не ти казва нищо...
