Top Lage am Meer.
Sauber.
Toller Pool.
Parkplatz direkt am Haus
Umfangreiches, jeden Tag etwas wechselndes, ausgiebiges Frühstück.
Sehr freundliches, familiengeführtes Hotel.
Bushaltestelle vor der der Tür.
Man fühlt sich wohl, von jung bis alt.
Man durfte sogar sein Auto gratis beim Hotel abspülen.

Zwischenstop mit den Motorrädern 👍
Pros:

Waren mit Motorrädern zu ner Zwischenübernachtung dort . Das Hotel bietet alles was man brauch zu einem fairen Preis . Das Frühstück war absolut top und es gab viel Auswahl , es fehlte an nichts . Unser Zimmer war etwas älter aber ok für nen Zwischenstopp. Klar ist Rimini total touristisch aber das hat den Vorteil bei nem stop over , kurze Wege zu den Restaurants ect. Die Parkplätze sind auf dem Hotelgelände unsere waren sogar überdacht . Die Nähe zum Strand war super es gibt aber auch nen Pool . Das Personal / Eigentümer war supernett . Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten .

Super et avec ma famille on s’est senti super à l’aise dans cet hôtel

Tout était top! Mais j’ai une remarque pour l’entreprise Booking car ils devraient être plus clair concernant la climatisation de cet hôtel qui est en supplément. Ça devrait être mentionné plus clairement dans le descriptif de la chambre au début de la page et non à la fin du descriptif! Merci de corriger cela

-die Lage:
ziemlich genau in der Mitte der Strandpromenade Riminis, so dass man fußläufig sehr viel erreichen kann. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte. Der Strand ist direkt gegenüber und wird nur durch eine Straße getrennt. S-Bahn-Station nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

-Sauberkeit:
Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das gesamte Hotel waren stets ausgesprochen sauber.
Die komplette Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet.

-Zimmer:
Ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden, modern, aber nicht ungemütlich.
Außergewöhnlicher Balkon: groß, hell, aber doch privat und ein gigantischer Ausblick auf Strand und Meer.

-Personal:
Die Reinigungskräfte waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gleiches gilt für die junge Dame, die ab Nachmittag an der Rezeption war. Auch die beiden Herren, die mir nachts immer die Tür geöffnet hatten, waren stets freundlich. Der Chef hat mir einen späteren Checkout gewährt, das war sehr nett.

Cons:

-Hellhörigkeit:
Leider ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig. An lange schlafen, was für mich das Wichtigste im Urlaub ist, war nicht zu denken. Wenn morgens die ersten auf dem Gang die Türen zugeschlagen haben, bin ich immer aufgewacht. Vor allem das Verschieben der Betten durch die Putzfrauen erzeugte großen Lärm. Da halfen dann auch Ohrstöpsel nicht. Ich habe keine einzige Nacht gut geschlafen und fühle mich daher kaum erholt.

-Frühstück:
Der Grund, warum für mich dieses Hotel überhaupt in die engere Auswahl kam, war dass Frühstück offiziell bis 12:00 Uhr angeboten wurde. Das tun nur wenige Hotels in Rimini. Und ja ich konnte auch bis 12 frühstücken. Aber jeden Morgen hat irgendetwas der grundlegendsten Bestandteile eines Frühstücks, wie man es bei dem Preis erwarten darf, gefehlt: Mal kein Brot und/oder Brötchen mehr, mal kaum Obst, mal keine Eier, mal keine Croissants mehr. Das war aber nicht das Schlimmste für mich. Es wurde schon ab 11:15 mit Abbau- und Aufräumarbeiten begonnen, so dass man ständig drauf achten musste, dass nicht irgendwas weggeräumt wird, was man vielleicht noch Essen möchte.
Einmal wurde sogar um 11:45 die Kaffeemaschine ausgeschaltet. Das Frühstück, das im Urlaub entspannt eingenommen werden können sollte, war für mich das genaue Gegenteil: Stress.
Ich fühlte mich beim Frühstück nicht als Gast, sondern als Störfaktor. Angesichts des Preises ist das völlig inakzeptabel. Wenn man nicht will, das die Gäste bis 12 frühstücken, dann soll man es auch nicht bis 12 anbieten. Bietet man es bis 12 an, dann muss man es aber auch auf demselben Niveau und in derselben Atmosphäre wie um 9 tun.

Izvrstan hotel
Pros:

Jednostavno sve pohvale za g. Alessandra do kompletnog osoblja od čišćenja, gostoljubivosti i naročito pomoći i preporuka za restorane i izlete.
Hotel je iznimno čist, tete čistačice uvijek na usluzi, doručak izvrstan izbor za svakog.
Uglavnom sve pohvale i samo tako dalje nastavite.
