Un séjour très agréable dans un hotel excellent.

Le personnel était très agréable et sachant répondre aux différents besoins. La piscine était très agréable, propre. Les chambres ont ete tres propres également sans odeur de cigarette. Il est possible d’emprunter gratuitement des vélos pour se promener. Le petit déjeuner est tres copieux. Très proche de la mer. Tout était parfait,

Siamo trovati molto bene, il staff è cordiale e sorridente, IVY, il cane di casa è un tesoro. L'arredamento della camera è abbastanza semplice stile family, ma molto comodo, ho apprezzato e utilizzato tanto la mensola sopra il letto, balcone della misura giusta. Zona piscina e sopra aspettative, in generale tutto e ben organizzato con cuore, colazione buono con prodotti di casa, tutto è molto pulito. Location è buonissima, vicinissima alla spiaggia e per la prima volta a Rimini che non era disturbata di notte dei rumori vari. Rapporto qualità - prezzo ottimo. Convenzione con la spiaggia e sconti per qualche ristorante, la zona cmqe anche molto buona e infrastrutturata. Da ritornare)

Carlotta went above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. The room, the breakfast, the pool everything was lovely. The location is great as well, just a short walk from the beach and all restaurants on the beach. They had a lovely dog in the reception as well- Ivy 🥰 The breakfast staff were amazing as well. 😊 Thank you for the lovely accommodation!

Cons:

There was a grilling noise every morning around 6am Maybe it was a generator not too sure but because of it, I've been waking up at that time. My friend didn't hear it so if you are a deep sleeper or actually want to wake up at 6am that won't be a problem but it was an issue for me individually.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rondinella e Viola and can honestly recommend it to anyone visiting Rimini.

The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything. They made me feel at home from the very first day. The hotel is family-run, and you can really feel the warm and caring atmosphere.

My room was always perfectly clean, everything was well maintained, and throughout my stay I didn’t experience a single problem.

The breakfasts were delicious with a great selection, the bar was excellent, and the swimming pool was a fantastic place to relax after a day at the beach.

I was also traveling with my dog, and I truly appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel is. They welcomed us warmly, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you for such a lovely holiday. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and relaxing place to stay in Rimini.

Nettes Hotel aber nichts für Ruhesuchende

Wir haben es jeden Tag geliebt wenn wir den Hund Ivy wieder gesehen haben. Sie ist wirklich sehr, sehr brav und eine Bereicherung für das Hotel
Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltig und die Terrasse im Garten zum frühstücken perfekt
Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Hotel schaut in Wirklichkeit leider nicht so gut aus wie auf den Bildern.
es ist extrem hellhörig.
Der Standort ist sehr laut. Man hört die Straße sehr gut und es war leider sehr laute Musik von der Bar des Hotels gegenüber zu hören. Vor Mitternacht kein Schlaf für uns möglich.
Die Reinigungsdame ist sehr freundlich aber die Zimmer werden nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Der Balkon war voller Sand und man hat sich diesen immer mit ins Zimmer geschleppt. Er wurde auch nicht gut gereinigt, nachdem wir es der Reinigungsdame gesagt haben
