Niente non rispetta le standard di un albergo 4 stelle. Il personale non risponde alle esigenze del cliente. Molto molto sporco. Colazione non all'altezza di un albergo 4 stelle. Ma soprattutto ti dicono che fanno e poi non fanno niente.

Per due volte abbiamo trovato la stanza aperta lasciata da quelle delle pulizie.

Non venivano cambiati gli asciugamani.

Eravamo in cinque e ci lasciavano due asciugamani.

Non hanno pulito finché non abbiamo reclamato più di una volta che la camera sporca.

Great team at work
Pros:

The entire staff deserves praise for their kindness, efficiency, and empathy throughout my stay. From the reception ladies, the breakfast attendant, to the gentleman on the night shift, everyone was friendly and professional, always ready to help.

Quando siamo a arrivati la hostess era al telefono e non ha messo pausa alla chiamata per accoglierci
I bagni sono molto molto stretti. A malapena ci si muove. Camera idem, strettissima.

il posto giusto per rigenerarsi dopo un anno faticoso!

Personale gentilissimo e cordiale, ambiente familiare ma non invadente, hanno provveduto ad accontentare ogni mia necessità. Colazione superlativa!
La camera era molto spaziosa, ben illuminata ed arredata, il bagno confortevole e pulitissimo, da architetto di interni ho apprezzato veramente tutto.
La posizione eccellente mi ha permesso di muovermi a piedi, la spiaggia e' ad una manciata di metri, ma volendo c'è la metro mare a pochi passi e il bus 11 che vi porta in 10 min in centro. Tutto quello che una romana doc desidera.
Last but not least, vi accoglie una fantastica cagnolona, Ivy, che solo accarezzandola vi toglie ogni tipo di stress e vi traghetta direttamente nello spirito della vacanza.
Conto di tornare al più presto!!
