Camera con pavimento macchiato che sembrava sporco. Bagno con capelli nella doccia e sulla mensola sotto
Lo specchio. Doccia con porta a soffietto. Una sola presa e nemmeno vicino al letto tra l’altro scomodissimo. Terrazzo con un piccolo stendino sporco di escrementi di uccelli. Vista ferrovia impossibile dormire dal rumore . Cena presso altro albergo a 100 m che non ci era stato comunicato, scomodissimo tutte le volte avanti e indietro tre volte per lavarsi i denti . Dopo cena non ci si può alzare perché si deve aspettare la signora che ci porta il menù per il giorno dopo, quando metterlo prima sul tavolo pare difficile . Parcheggio a 10 che non ci era stato detto, macchine parcheggiate davanti all ingresso che con una valigia non ci passi. Bagno convenzionato che non ci era stato comunicato . Tv coperta dall armadio impossibile vederla . Nemmeno un copri materasso, solo un lenzuolo. Biancheria letto in 7 giorni mai cambiata quando dovrebbe essere cambiata ogni tre giorni

Pros:

Per cambi logistici al momento dell'arrivo ci è stato comunicato che ci avevano spostato nell'Hotel Galileo.
Quindi la mia recensione è riferita a questo hotel.
I piatti della cucina erano buoni.

Cons:

Le camere erano molto sporche. Molta polvere sotto ai letti e un copriletto veramente terribile.
I letti durissimi. Nella nostra stanza NON era presente un mini-frigo.
Durante il soggiorno era presente in loco un grosso gruppo di stranieri adolescenti e fino all'1.00 di notte correvano e urlavano nei corridoi. Nessuno è intervenuto per gestire la situazione. In piena notte un ragazzo ci è entrato in camera poiché aveva ricevuto un pass dalla reception a seguito dello smarrimento della chiave.

Cons:

Ascensore stretto è difficile entrare con il passeggino.
In camera non c'erano prese schuko e in reception non avevano adattatori.
La struttura in generale e' datata e avrebbe bisogno di una revisione in generale.
Il parcheggio e' scomodo e stretto: in un'area da 4 posti fanno stare 9 auto tutte attaccate e per far uscire l'ultima bisogna spostare tutte le altre. Occorre lasciare le chiavi. Per tutto ciò chiedono 10 euro al giorno: vergognoso!

Letto comodo, stanza pulita.

Cons:

Bagno piccolo con la doccia senza box o tende (l'unica cosa simile era una finta porta pieghevole che però non toccava il pavimento), il cui scarico non funzionava benissimo, facendo si che il pavimento si allagasse dopo una sola doccia. Stanza piccola, subito di fianco alla ferrovia, con conseguente rumore frequente del passaggio dei treni.

The property was advertised on Booking.com as being beachfront, but that’s not true. It’s on the first line from the railway, not the beach. The noise from passing trains is very loud.

The buffet in the dining room was replenished only once, although the dining staff themselves were very friendly.

Some guests parked their cars right in front of the entrance, making it difficult to enter the hotel. The staff should monitor this more carefully.

When we asked to extend our stay, we were quoted a price that was twice as high as the rate on Booking.com. To make matters worse, before check-out they also tried to charge us an additional €50.

There are other hotels at the same price—or even cheaper—that are much better in many respects.

Чудове розташування,поруч , приємний персонал, уважні до гостей, чиста білизна та номер. В номері прибирали щодня, що нам дуже сподобалось. Смачна кава.Затишно.Для нас важливо, що був кондиціонер в номері.

Cons:

Не те, щоб не сподобалось, це не зауваження, а прохання для удосконалення. Одна розетка в номері, хотілося б невеличкий холодильничок, щоб можна було положити продукти для дітей, які вночі чомусь завжди хочуть їсти. І трошки різноманітніше зону дозвілля для дітей.

Prima di dire no a due chiamate è cortese informarsi ...
Infastidito e poco disponibile..
