Good hotel
Pros:

Location is fantastic for both Whitby and Robin Hood Bay and surrounding areas. Facilities are good , good size car park and the restaurant was very nice and it’s right next to a service station and Sainsbury’s really easy to buy snacks.

First time in Whitby. Will not be our last.
Pros:

Exceptional warm genuine welcome on Arrival. Both Caroline and Laura were a breath of fresh air.

Cons:

Lack of some drawers for storage. Was the only negative.

I would stay here again or at another hotel run by the same group.
Pros:

Great location for our visit to Whitby. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Everyone was very nice.
It was easy to get from the hotel to the attractions we wanted to see like the Abbey and harbour.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind!

Overnight stop so hotel was ideal and within easy walking distance of town

We both enjoyed our stay every one was lovely
Pros:

The staff ,food and restaurant was excellent Caroline the restaurant staff was so lovely and made you so welcomed bed was comfy coffee and tea excellent

Cons:

Did not like the bath we did not feel safe in the bath no griping for your feet when you in the bath could do with few more showers cheap toilet roll
