Very clean and well organised
Breakfast service could have been a bit more efficient on one of the days and they soon ran out of pastries. Quite a limited continental breakfast selection but nonetheless superb value for money.
Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a great location for Whitby, rooms clean and cosy.
I would like more breakfast choice of different fruits and yoghurts due to my dietary restrictions but my husband loved the breakfasts .

Room was very nice Television bit small. there was no USB or C port charger. Other than perfect for a family. If they can introduce little something to eat that would be great at the same price or less.

Its a table service , all you would expect for an english breakfast. Alternatves were available if required. Good sized airy room with enough tables to suit all families. Rooms easily accessible via central corridor and key cards,
Room needed redecoration, attention to bath sealant mould, and only one bath sheet and hand towel for both of us in this double room. The bed which was two singles together was comfortable and linen fresh and clean. We had a party of 4 families some arrived later and were given the incorrect rooms. The manager Keiron refused to help whilst on his break despite my returning twice to request him. It wasnt untill 10 pm that he involved himself despite children 5 and 7 needing their beds. Also unhelpful on use of blue light cards, and meal offers. Rules is Rules

WiFi, Went to log onto the site and couldn't get to the password stage as a Marstons questionnaire popped up, it wanted to know all my personal details which I didn't want to give. Therefore NO FREE WIFI
Good location for us, easy parking, comfortable room.
Room 1. Right next to the main entrance so every time someone entered or left the inner door slammed shut, annoying!
The toilet is too close to the sink so you cannot sit on the toilet without twisting sideways, annoying!
Lovely spacious room, we had a family room due to accessibility needs. Room was clean and bed comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities.

Unfortunately the pillows were very uncomfortable and as we were in a room close to the front entrance of the building you can hear the door bang constantly when people are leaving the building early in the morning.
The location is a bit of a distance from Whitby town so not really walkable but only short drive.
