Hotel veľký s množstvom aktivít a blízko do centra, ale nespĺňa 4 hviezdičky.
Pros:

Výborná lokalita v tichom prostredí, fantastické jedlo, bohatý výber na raňajky aj večere. Milo nás prekvapil rozmanitý kultúrny program večer - tancovačka, posedenie pri víne s hudbou (klavirista) a discotéka v nočnom klube. Veľké, priestranné izby, dostatok odkladacieho priestoru.

Cons:

Wellnes nespĺňal vôbec úroveň 4 hviezdičiek, veľa ľudí (aj neubytovaní majú vstup), sauny - hrôza, deti sa tam preháňali zo sauny do sauny, v saunách ľudia v plavkách a hluk. Bazénov je kopec, aj atrakcie pre deti rozmanité, ale uroveň a čistota max. 3 hviezdičky.
Na izbách nie je trezor a župany a papučky sú za depozit.
Koberce na chodbách špinavé a tapety na stenách potrhané.

Spoplatnené parkovanie 8 eur na deň.

Pros:

Obsługa po prostu super. Widać że nie ma parcia na pieniądze. Zapłaciłeś ? więc dostajesz swój standard. Niektórzy krytykują że hotel ma 23 lata i że nie było remontu. Urodziłem się w 1991 roku, zaznaczę że hotel powstał początkiem roku 2000 , nawet nie byliśmy w UE ! A tutaj taki luksus! Każdy detal. Jeżeli chodzi o pomnik polskiej transformacji gospodarczej to pomnik należy się Taduszowi Gołebiowskiemu. Byłem zachwycony:
- recepcja - pełen profesjonalizm
- hotel dla dzieci ( byliśmy z dwulatkiem ) - po prostu meggaaaa - cieszył się w każdej chwili tego pobytu mimo że dziecko w wychowaniu ciężkie, Gołębiewski dał rade...

Cons:

Ochrona w klubie nocnym ogólnie spoko. Był pan który na wejściu zmierzył mnie wzrokiem. Wyczułem nieuzasadnioną nienawiść. Uznaję że powinien być zwolniony dyscyplinarnie, Towarzystwo starsze, bez jakikolwiek agresji - w czym temu panu to przeszkadzało? Pana Bartłomieja pozdrawiam, Szefa ochrony również, Łysego pana z ochrony proszę o zwolnienie ! Nie nadaje się - siedzi tam z karę ! Jest bezczelny wobec klientów, zachowuje się opryskliwie . Mimo to daję 10 ! z nadzieją że go w tym klubie nie zobaczę bo widać że chłopak ma problem z samym sobą !
