Bon accueil. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
Pros:

Excellente flexibilité pour les réservations. Un changement de date a été nécessaire pour un cas de force majeure. L'hotel a grandement facilité le processus.

Eine sehr solide Unterkunft.

Cons:

Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank. Das Restaurant ist in Ordnung, aber dort im Ort gibt es deutlich besseres Essen. Leider wurde uns ein Fahrer für unsere Weiterreise nach Labuan Bajo angeboten, welcher wirklich ganz miserabel war. Steve können wir somit überhaupt nicht weiter empfehlen.

Upravljanje hotela je profesionalno in na visokem nivoju. Je primer dobre prakse na otoku. Zajtrk je zelo dober, ambient odličen.

Standardna soba je majhna in tanke stene prevajajo zvok sosednjih sob in zunanjosti.

Pros:

Een mooie locatie met een schitterende aangelegde tuin in een doorgaans rommelig Ruteng. Een mooie plek om vanuit hier je activiteiten uit te stippelen. Goed restaurant voor lunch en diner want die zijn er verder weinig te vinden in Ruteng.

Cons:

Van het ontbijt hadden we meer verwacht.
Wel om een upgrade van de kamer gevraagd de standaard is erg klein.

Hôtel charmant
Pros:

Cet hôtel était charmant avec ses logements en bois construits autours d’un bassin. Le personnel était sympathique et la chambre propre. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais fait le job

Le jacuzzi présent sur les photos n’est disponible que dans les suites

Une valeur sûre à Ruteng
Pros:

- Le personnel, souriant et disponible
- Le petit-déjeuner proche de la mare
- Jolis espaces extérieurs

Cons:

- Chambre et salle de bain qui manquait d’aération (pas de climatisation), ce qui n’était pas très agréable compte tenu de l’humidité

Great if you are hard of hearing
Pros:

Great location with beautiful grounds. The rooms are adequate but the noise from adjacent rooms and outside was very bad. In the evening there was a lot of noise from the room above and some loud traffic noise from the adjacent road. Took a sleeping pill and used earplugs but got woken up at 04.45 by a nearby mosque which was very noisy for 10 mins. Five minutes later church bells started, which intermittently rang for the next hour.
