Convenient location. Thanks to Booking.com to help resolve my check in problem. The staff claimed that they did not have my reservation. They lied and said that they did not have any rooms available, until I contacted Booking.com and a Chinese speaking staff member called the hotel back. Then the tone of the process changed. It seemed that they did not want to have a foreigner stay at the hotel. It was clearly a racist attitude of unhelpfulness.
Staff were rude and unfriendly
