La stanza è molto bella e moderna. Si trova a pochi minuti dall'attrazione principale del luogo, ovvero, i campi di Bukit Selong.
Consiglierei di migliorare la comunicazione con il cliente. più volte ho provato a contattare l'hotel via whatsapp e via chat di booking, ma non ho mai ottenuto risposta. migliorerei anche l'abbondanza della colazione.
Locatie is super, personeel is vriendelijk
Ten eerste is de kamer niet heel comfortabel, douce bij 2 van onze 3 kamers deed het niet goed en er waren geen handdoeken, moest je om vragen
Ten tweede was alles wel wat gedateerd, beetje rommelig en niet heel schoon
3, ontbijt buffet was mager, slecht omelet en pannenkoeken en beetje smakeleloos fruit.
Ook druk bij ontbijt

Veel lawaai van het verkeer net aan de hoofdweg , en ook de moskee die door de dag en rond 4h s'nachts al begint te bidden
The hotel was easy to find just by the main road and had all the basic necessities. The rooms were cool even without fan and ac and they had hot water for shower. The hotel was facing rice fields and is just a short distance from the flower fields. Comfortable and relaxing stay
Breakfast menu was quite limited
Really nice view across the strawberry fields, food was nice and made fresh, shower was hot and well sized
Needed our own mozzy net for sure (not one provided or really any hooking points), very thin walls between bungalows, directly on busy main road and will of course hear the mosque (though that is standard in Lombok), had no milk in restaurant and then proceeded for the next day to not go and get any milk despite their entire drinks menu needing it so it was just black tea or black coffee, which was a bit sad. Could see how room gets very hot with large windows and NO a/c but in December was just about fine.
This place is a little deceiving.
Photos are a lot better than the place is.
- The huts are on the side of the road and the road noise is very loud. Even when inside the cabin its very noisy and thin windows.
- The place is clean.
- Bathroom is small.
- There is no good balcony furniture.
- Alot of light comes in the room, in the morning. There are large windows that dont have blinds or drapes.
Overall, not really an enjoyable stay. There is nothing very close to walk to and so you are stuck with their basic kitchen foods.
No alchohol is served.
Not good value for what you pay.
Loved staying here! The view out onto the valley and surrounding mountains was really nice to wake up to. The breakfast area is also really nice. The staff was super attentive and accommodating and nice - Nico even got up at 2am to drive us to our trailhead, volunteered on his own to do so. If we come back to Sembalun, we will stay here!
Couple watch-outs (that we were fine with but you should be aware of) - the room does get quite hot during the day, but if you are out and about, it shouldn't matter, and the hot water is limited, so it's hard to get more than 1 hot shower in at a time (if you space it out, it's fine).
The breakfast was good. Can recommend option D

Spacious and clean room with stunning views. The hotel staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Best place to stay in this area.
Our only problem was the hot water for the shower would run out of hot water after a few minutes.
Rooms were, spacious clean with large sliding glass paneled doors allowing a view of the fields
The village it is situated in is very much of the beaten track and was lovely to walk through the village and experience a more local aspect of indonesia compared to other more touristy areas. The local people were all very friendly and offered greetings. Was a wonderful experience
Room got very hot during the day but there is air-conditioning to help and opening the doors allows a breeze.
The driver we pre organised via booking chat didn't get booked, but the team at the hotel were very quick to help and make sure one arrived
Just went one day before hiking Rinjani & the road infront was pretty noisy to try and get a nap - but overall the food at the hotel restaurant was great and a nice little place!
