Персонал супер приятный , вежливый, быстрый, отель очень красивый, стильный, прилегающая территория небольшая но радует глаз-куча красивейших растений, столики и диваны для отдыха на улице/ курилка, хороший кофе - бесплатно, завтраки классные, на ужин тоже заказывали в отеле -все очень вкусно, порции огромные и цены приемлемые. В общем отель-супер!🫶🏼
The only positive aspect of this stay was the cleanliness of the hotel.
The overall experience was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, and despite having booked a room at Lagun Palace, I was reassigned to their secondary property, Lagun Castle, without proper justification. The breakfast quality was poor and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the hot water temperature was dangerously high and nearly caused burns. Upon arrival, a staff member saw me struggling with my luggage and failed to offer any assistance, only doing so when I was leaving, which demonstrates a lack of basic hospitality standards

It was deep off season.. So, we were upgraded to their next-door Lagun Castle.. Absolutely superb..
Clean and spacious
We loved our stay at Lagun palas. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. We got free access to tea and coffee for 24h (something tea lovers like us just adored). They did their best to provide us with glutten free dinners and breakfast (we had to explain what ciliac is tho). They made us an amazing vegetable glutten free soup that we requested and was not on their menu! So a big thank you to the chef and all the staff!
If you don't have a car, then it will be a bit hard to arrive here as it is a bit isolated, which makes it great for a getaway hotel!
Everything is good and it is worth a visit, as the cleaning is wonderful, the location is good, and the food is delicious
Everything is good, but there is a very big problem, which is the short height of the room’s door frame. I told them that and they have to find radical solutions in order to get four stars. I hit my head twice with the door, which does not exceed a meter and a half in height.
Breakfast was pleasant and sufficient. The location of the hotel is in a good location, quiet and peaceful and at the same time close to the Orhangazi Bridge. The staff is friendly and courteous. The room in which we were accommodated was large, the bed was comfortable. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. There is also a restaurant where you can order something to eat, as there is no other place nearby.

Wonderful hotel. Modern and spacious room. Good food and attentive staff. If you wish, you can have lunch or dinner in the penthouse, with wonderful views of the bay. In addition, it has an open, glazed room on the ground floor, very bright, where you can read and drink coffee relaxing on the sofa. Ideal choice to rest after a few intense weeks. Very good option if you travel by car and are looking for a quiet stay in the outskirts that is close to the airport. If you don't have a car, I think they have shuttles but getting around is going to be complicated.
