Not what I expected
Pros:

Our primary motivation for booking this hotel was the rooftop access and how gorgeous it appeared in the photos. It looked fantastic in the photos. We were informed that it was undergoing renovations when we arrived. It was not mentioned at all when making the reservation. Although there are hotels in the area that provide similar services, we decided against it because Seki's offerings were outstanding. However, it was the complete opposite. Since it wasn't disclosed when I made the reservation, I was actually very disappointed. It didn't seem like a very good deal for the money.

Breakfast is very good. If youre a fan on breads, like me, youll have everything in there. They also serve hot meals , you just need to ask the waiter to cook it for you

Although I believe it could be better, overall, it is still a pleasant experience. I want to thank the staff for being very kind and accommodating.

- very welcoming staff. The receptionist at that time, forgot his name, was very nice and accommodating
- 24/7 reception
- Room is very big, the toilet alone can be a room
- has a fantastic view of mountains
- If you go at the 3rd floor and go up the hill, youll have amazing view of hot air balloons. You can even have a close up view at the balloons in the morning. It also has caves that you can view and good for picture taking.
- If youre like me who loves peace and quiet, this is the right place.


Cons
- 15 minutes from center. Everytime we need to eat we have to go to the center and take a taxi. Uber is working but it will only take cash. A taxi fare could be between 300-350 lira ( 6 pounds ) from Seki Cave to town. You must have cash with you all the time to pay for taxis.
- The hotel is situated on a hill, so if you have large bags, make sure you have enough strength to lift them. Some taxis would go up and take you to the hotel's main entrance, while others wouldn't. When we got to the bus station, the cab wouldn't go up, so we had to push our bags. If you book a tour with pick up, They will ask you to go downhill cause they cant go up.

Stunning hotel, highly recommend. The staff are all lovely, helpful, and the jacuzzi in the morning was the highlight of our trip!

First of all, a huge thank you to Onur for taking such good care of us during our stay. He was always checking in on us, giving recommendations, and helping whenever needed.

The hotel is located on a steep hill, and Onur surprised us by driving down to pick us up from the bottom so we didn’t have to drag our luggage uphill. We were honestly very impressed and truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture.

The balloon view from the hotel is absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of staying here.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

One night, it was rainy and very windy, and black ash/dust from the chimney blew into our room, leaving the room covered in black particles. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned the following day.

Housekeeping is only done if you specifically inform the staff; otherwise, the room is not cleaned.

Bottled water was not refilled automatically.

Breakfast was okay, but since we had stayed at another hotel in Cappadocia before, we couldn’t help comparing the experiences. The breakfast at the other hotel was significantly better.

On our last morning, we had an early airport transfer. At our previous hotel, breakfast was available around 7:30 AM, but at Seki, the restaurant was still locked before 8 AM. We had to knock on the door and were only allowed in one minute before 8 AM, then had to finish breakfast by 8:10 AM, which felt rushed and stressful before going to the airport.

L'hôtel est très bien placé et était trop propre.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel une nuit pour profiter du jacuzzi mais celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas. C'est vraiment dommage mais après discussion l'hôtel nous a remboursé une petite partie du prix
