Lugar mágico súper bien ubicado y con vistas increíbles
Pros:

Un lugar mágico cavado en las piedras en el corazón de Goreme. Vistas increíbles a la ciudad y un roof top para el desayuno y el after, increíble.

The hospitality and reception were excellent,
Pros:

The hospitality and reception were excellent, and I received a room upgrade. The lady in the breakfast area was very kind. The property is well-maintained and in great condition. The follow-up on our arrival and assistance with late check-in made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

A Good Cave hotel with a good view over goreme
Pros:

I like the location, it situated little top from other hotels, so you can see a long area from the hotel

Cons:

I didn't like the breakfast, choices were limited, and we stayed around 5 days continuously. Breakfast was almost same everyday.

Recommended location in Göreme
Pros:

The location is good, as Göreme is small. There is parking around, we never had problems with this. We went in deep winter (-12C) and the room was warm. The breakfast was very nice (props to the lady making it, a real trooper!). Good shower and complimentary water, coffee, tea.

Cons:

A bit noisy when people walk around at night to go to their rooms. There is no noise insulation to the common areas (no noise from other rooms, as it is a cave, so that is very well isolated). The way to the terrace felt a bit dangerous with snow/ice in the stairs.

Pros:

It is a beautiful cave hotel with rooftop cafe which has the best view in town. The deserts in the breakfast buffet are to die for. The room and washroom both were well conditioned for winters and very sapcious. The staff was very welcoming and helped us in booking shared airport shuttles(14 Euros per person). Although you'll get direct view of hot air balloons in the morning but for our days in cappadocia balloon launch was cancelled.

Bathroom door didn't lock.

There is a space for parking which is very helpful for those who drive. Ithe location is good as it is walking distance

The room was cold as the heater wasn’t working. The staff provided a portable heater which was of great help.
