I have travelled all over the world , 86 countries last 30 years
Pros:

We, 4 members of family, are the only guest for two days in the entire hotel.
When we reserve these two days, it showed public bath and a half board per each evening dinners that had not reached my expectation at all on that price of the staying.
The most amazing thing was room condition where I stayed in.
Water damaged wall paper all sides of room and junctions between floor and walls.

Room conditions like managed , water masks all over a room
Poor dinner status as a half board included at the price of $400 to to $500 USD

Great castle experience
Pros:

Really quiet which was nice. Really friendly front desk staff. Nice big room, lots of space. Renovated bathroom was great to use as well. Awesome breakfast

Cons:

Only down side was that we received some coupons to spend in the region but it wasn't clear where we could use them. Would be nice to receive a list of the places when we receive the coupons. Also the QR code only worked in certain locations and the app was impossible to figure out. Was a bit of a headache to use it but otherwise, i would certainly recommend to stay there, as its not the hotel's responsibility. Oh and there is no options to eat around the hotel so you need to plan your dinner well if you dont pre purchase it when booking, otherwise you will eat vending machine food.

Pros:

Very accommodating staff, offered us special room service as the restaurant was closed for dinner the night we checked in. Nice large public bath, great views!
