Dins de l'aeroport per passar unes hores. Net i còmode, i just al centre comercial, per poder sopar és perfecte.

Comfortable and modern, but noisy neighbours!
Pros:

This hotel is situated in T2 at KL airport and it’s in a brilliant location for arrivals, departures and just for some shopping! It’s not well signposted, though, we had to ask a security guard. The room was comfy, well-equipped and clean.

Cons:

We had an adjoining room which another customer was using - they were talking and laughing into the early hours and we could hear everything. Lots of noise from the corridor too. As a new hotel, you would expect higher quality sound proofing.

I was grateful to be able to stay at the airport in comfort and safety
Pros:

Being able to stay in the airport. Nice and clean, fresh... Was provided with ear plugs and mask. I slept well until people were leaving in the morning.

Cons:

As I arrived after midnight I found it difficult to locate it and had to ask cleaners who directed me. I could not see directions any where on the lower levels of the airport which can be a bit scary for a woman alone.

Pros:

Everything provided by the hotel was good and met my expectation.

Cons:

The hotel was good but there were 2-3 times I woke up from my sleep due to noise made by other customers although the booked room is in quite zone.

Great airport stay
Pros:

Excellent location, extremely clean and lots of food options very close by.
The rooms had everything we needed.

Cons:

A little noisy but to be expected at an airport hotel
We had a room with an accessible bathroom - it had an open shower and was extremely slippy.
