Die Betten waren gut, Frühstück sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Tiefgarage Parken war sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder.

schöner Ausblick, wenn man Glück hat. Rezeption hat Mängel.
Pros:

die Zentrale in der Lage in der Stadt ist wunderbar, der Ausblick auf die Stadt ist auch sehr gut, wenn man nicht zum Schloss hin einquartiert wurde.

Cons:

Der Zugang zum Hotel ist ziemlich verwinkelt, zum Zimmer benutzt man zwei verschiedene Aufzüge, die Rezeption ist zu häufig nicht besetzt, immer dann, wenn man sie benötigt und ist auch nicht sehr freundlich. Das parken kostet in 24 Stunden zehn Euro;
für Behinderte gibt es im städtischen Raum kaum behindertengerechte Parkplätze.

Ruhiges, gepflegtes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Greiz.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig, frisch und mit gutem Kaffee. Uns hat das geräumige Zimmer mit einem kleinen Vorraum und das ebenso geräumige Bad sehr gut gefallen. Im Hotel war es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht auf die Altstadt von Greiz. Das Parken auf den öffentlichen Plätzen vor dem Hotel war am Samstagnachmittag und am Sonntag kostenlos und unter der Woche mit 4 Euro pro Tag günstig. Zum Einchecken haben wir einen Code für den Schlüsselautomaten bekommen. Das hat sehr gut geklappt.
